I was pleasantly surprised when I visited last week. I was only returning because of the membership credit. The staff was kind, there was team work, customer service existed and the team was enjoying themselves. Previous experiences have been hit or miss but the unpleasantness I experienced in the past kept me away.

Place didn’t answer until I was 2 mins away cost me 40 bucks to waste a trip down there thx a lot also just went back and they wouldn’t let me in horrible thx for more wasted money and a waste of my time will never be back again

Best dispensary. Very knowledgeable staff. Always feel welcome with a smile. I just wish the would carry the Tastebuds gummies I absolutely love.

So I recently have been frequenting a few locations of Silver Stem Their tenders talk a big game.... All of Of their product seems to be in pre-made packages..... I made 5 different purchasesFrom Silver Steam Fine Cannabis 1 purchase wasn't bad at all, 1 was so so, 3 were so bad would not smoke product period!!!!!!!!!!!
Called 1 of the locations recently with some questions about product was told to use online. I tried again to ask question was told use online or shop someplace else..... I will definitely take that advice about shopping somewhere else and I hope everybody else will take that advice too they don't Seem to have any respect or courtesy towards there Customers..... Seems to me if it was such fine cannabis I wouldn't have 3 packages around that wasn't worth smoking.....

I do not personally use marijuana, but my partner has a chronic injury and the cream they sell for them to apply to the area of their leg that has been a source of pain since the childhood injury is a total game changer. I’ve watched this person I love cry tears from the pain to being able to enjoy the things they love again. The care here, even when the need isn’t related to purchasing products that cause a high, is unmatched.

Was extremely hot and almost intolerable to even be inside to shop. I'm an asthmatic and a bigger girl, I was too hot to even concentrate on finding what I wanted.You would think with heat advisories and the rising temperatures a business would care about having a/c to ensure their customer and employees safety and comfortability. The staff working was as polite as they could be under the conditions but were obviously frustrated and not doing well. Hopefully when I go next the problem is fixed otherwise this is a huge health and safety concern.

My sister and I just flew in from Maryland and tried to get some stuff from this shop. They flagged our ID’s and said they would call the cops to verify our ID’s. We were (as they are real ID’s) okay with that. They then said they would not serve us even though they believed my ID was real. Would NOT recommend.

i went in as a maryland patient. they flagged our ids which is fine. they said they would have to call the police to verify it. i said okay then they said we can not serve you when they never called the cops. they suck and i hope that they step on legos. ALL OF THEM!
