I could not have had a better experience! Buying a used vehicle from across the country is something I never thought I'd be comfortable doing. Rob was more than accommodating and happily gave me every piece of information I needed in order to be comfortable with this decision. The vehicle was everything they said it would be and more!

Selling 90’s 4 runners for the price you could buy a certified used Tacoma of the year is a scam. All of which are over 200,000 miles and have accidents reported. You are what is wrong with the used car world. Your reviews are half fake and half of the reviews i have seen involve ripping people off and lying blatantly about who works in your service center/ office. No thanks

I bought a 99 4Runner here back in May and had a great experience. Rob is a great guy and operates on honest business practices. The price you see is what you pay, so no need to worry about shady tactics you mind find at a big chain dealership. Every question I called with was promptly responded to and every promise regarding the vehicle and it’s purchase was kept. I love my 4Runner, it’s truly been awesome to drive and have had virtually 0 issues with the car. 10/10 would purchase from here again

My 1989 Toyota Hilux is a Japanese import that I was initially having the hardest time passing emissions after I purchased it. That is until I found Shift Automotive!The two brothers that own Shift are extremely knowledgeable and I felt right away that they were committed to help me solve my problem. The Hilux is a model that has never been sold in the states so finding parts is next to impossible, but Rabi (one of the owners) went out of his way to procure what was needed, far-exceeding my expectations of a repair shop. But Shift Automotive is a special place, one I would recommend to anyone for either repair work or for the purchase of a used vehicle - and I'd recommend Shift without a second's hesitation!After a few tweaks to my truck (in order to account for the difference in American and Japanese markets when it comes to emission testing standards) we got it to pass and I was finally able to register without another hitch! I have Shift Automotive to thank for this.

Fantastic Family owned business! Rob (Rabi) is very helpful and thorough with the cars he works on. I was trying to find a replacement used car and got a used 2000 Subaru legacy outback from them with a fresh EJ20 engine swap. You can tell immediately just looking at the quality of every truck on their lot that they they really care about what they are doing.Unfortunately a few days after I pulled off the lot, one of the O2 sensors turned out to be faulty. He changed it for free and gave me great advice on how to help the car last longer.I’d definitely come back and buy another car from them, but I doubt that’ll happen soon because I’m sure the car I just got is going to last me a long time. Go check them out especially if your looking for 4Runners or Tacoma’s!

I found your dealership while searching for 3rd gen 4runners. I have to say the ones you have in stock look top notch. I am curious what work goes into them before you list them? I'm stationed overseas now but I am considering your dealership to purchase a 4runner from when I come back to the states. I am particularly fond of the gray one with stock number 7355. Keep up the good work and I look forward to purchasing from you in the future! I did send an email inquiry but have not received a reply yet.

This shop is awesome. The cars that they've got on the lot look like they've just rolled off the showroom floor.I was having trouble with a really rough idle on my 3rd Gen 4Runner and happened to be driving by their shop so I swung in to see if they could look at it. They checked the codes, spark plugs, and did a compression test right there on the spot and diagnosed the issue. Wrote up a more than fair quote and said they could do it same day.They changed all the spark plugs and ran new lines AND were honest about the work that it didn't need. They got it done in lightning speed (like seriously I am shocked at the speed). I was ready to spend twice what they charged. Speaks to their honesty.Check out the trucks they have on the lot because they are incredible and well priced for the work they've put into them. I can't explain how awesome this shop was to me. Five stars, 100/100, will keep going back to them!

I purchased a Third Gen Toyota 4Runner from Shift Automotive. Im happy to have found this place. Rob and his staff know their stuff. I was initially looking at one of their for sale units but after we got to talking, he conveyed that they could build me a 4runner w/ all of the factory options I was after.They completed the job from A to Z. Rob walked me throughout the entire process and the complete reconditioning took about two weeks. Let me first start with their details are unreal! They make the interior look excellent. They completely swept through the entire suspension and all the major engine components. Timing belt+ full tune up, etc. These guys don't miss anything!Im so happy with it. My family and I have taken a few trips already into the mountains. I'm happy to have found these guys as they've made it a one stop shop for my build. Easy and w/ the upfront cost-it has saved me both time w/ not having to deal with multiple vendors and shops and money with their reasonable shop rate.
