Matthew D Smith the city manager of Sherwin Williams Denver is 99% responsible for the incredibly high employee turnover and low company morale. I hope someone will go ahead and canvas all other employees under his management and figure out Matt Smith is the wrong person for this job. Someone with personality traits like him (Egotistical, Manipulative, Deceitful, Dishonest, Unstable) would be better suited to used car sales or working for a bank, lending predatory loans .

Called in an order. 2 different sheens, they boxed it up, and I trusted that they would do a good job. Got back to the shop and one of the cans was smashed on the side, with dried finish spilled down the label and the lid not fully seated. The finish was dry and the inside of the box clean so this did not happen in transit to my shop. Cleary the person who packed my order had to have seen this and didn't care enough to be sure I had a quality product. Hopefully the finish in the can is still viable and not on its way out.

They have finishes not available at other SW locations and were quick to fulfill my order. Limited paint supplies for actually painting like rollers etc. But many options for paint and finishes

I called in paint on two separate occasion to be made for our company and was put on hold each time and the person never came back. One time I waited 15 minuets on the phone until my carrier hung me up. I just called now a week later and the same thing happened. Had to call another store Apparently not enough people for the amount of business they are doing.
