COVER THE EARTH is the logo on the front door where you can see in the photo the manager the refuses to even cover the front door with paint. Have some integrity, and if you have raw construction materials facing the public, at least paint them when they're right next to your logo that says, cover the Earth and shows of paint bucket pouring paint on the Earth. It just goes to show that gross negligence of the management here including there no dumping signs that they have in front of the window in multiple languages. It's another example of gross negligence and gross management skills.

I had a great experience with Sherwin Williams. We recently purchased a house that came with incredibly dated paint colors (think lots of easter egg pastels). We were rushing to try to get the major rooms painted before we had to move furniture in, and pretty much wore a path from our door to this Sherwin with how many times we went back and forth. The guys were incredibly helpful - they recognized us, gave great tips and recommendations, always looked for any discount they could give us, and just generally were super accommodating to work with. As a prime example, I accidentally bought 4 gallons of the wrong paint color, and only realized after using up a gallon on the wall. My partner was able to return the unopened 3 gallons, and they even replaced the already used can with the correct color free of charge. When we get our energy back enough to paint more rooms, will definitely be returning here for paint and supplies!

The service was horrible. I was barely greeted by a guy who seemed rather inept.I asked for some touch up paint and he first said he could match it but if he couldnt it would not match! Duh!,then his responses were curt and lacking any desire to be helpful.I LEFT. I did not bother to get his name. And I wont bother to return.

I have bought a lot of paint from this location over the last year, as a home owner not a contractor. Every time I have had a great experience, including during COVID pandemic. The folks that work there are friendly, helpful and very attentive. This last experience, the store manager on duty at the time went over and beyond in my opinion. I ordered paint online, however, it was out of stock (type of paint) due to paint shortage. This individual called every store with Metro Denver trying to find me 5 gal in either Resilience or Duration. After nothing was found, he offered me their more expensive Emerald paint at a price between the Duration and Resilience so I could finish the exterior of my house. Thank you so very much! I love the quality of paint Sherwin Williams offers along with paint colors, yet it's their customer service that keeps me coming back!
