Was directed to this store to get draw downs for paint colors. Went into the store, told the guy at the desk that I needed these fairly quickly (3 days) for a site visit with a client. I asked if they could get it done in that time frame. I was told that they'd get it done. I called back after the 3 business days and was basically laughed at by the guy who actually does the draw downs. He told me they need at least 5 business days for draw downs, that they were super backed up and some other excuses. It would have been great to know that the first time I came in. Wasted a bunch of time running around the city for nothing.

Terrible service, slow, took literally 30 min of talking to be told they couodnt help. Went to home depot and had what i needed in 5 min.

Dropped off some old paint for recycling at this location. Superb, helpful customer service.

Reckless employee from this location swerved into the road nearly hit two pedestrians and a dog right outside their store. He continued to swerve into the middle lane and turn left back into their building. Owner Dave doesn’t seem to care about people in the neighborhood or their employees homicidal driving style.

Legit products/services from legit people. Highly recommend. Bob at front counter is always fun to talk to. Be careful though, this is a commercial facility that doesn't carry all of the color swatches and quart samples!!
