They didn’t pick up the phone when I called to find an item I need from a brand they carry, then made me wait outside for several minutes while they finished a nail clipping before letting me inside to tell me they could order it for me, like my pet wants yo wait a week for cat food. No apology for not picking up the phone, just laughing that the process took so long. Not a fan.

Best store! You will be so happy if you decide to support this small business because Gwen and Judith will support you in caring for your for your furr baby as if it was their own. My dog basically knocks on their door whenever we walk by the store.

This place loves dogs and knows everything to help your dog feel their best. We recently adopted 2 older labradors and they helped us trim their long nails, find the correct food for their low weight, and additional immunity support. This local business cares and you should give them your business for your four-legged angel.

I have lived in Denver for almost five years in every neighborhood. This store and staff (Gwen and Judith) is by far the best pet store I have ever been to.Gwen and Judith are extremely observational-- the moment I walked into the store with my dog Tito, they immediately recognized he is a shy and fearful pup, and made him feel more welcome by giving him space after providing a treat. They even encouraged me to bring him in more so he can become less fearful of strangers.In regards to customer service specifically: The first time I visited, I asked if they had a lick mat. While they were out of stock at the moment, they immediately ordered one and texted me when it arrived a week later-- unmatched service!This is how all boutique pet stores should be-- local, kind-hearted and knowledgeable, a community as its own!

Went in for the first time today and both people working were absolutely fantastic. They had very helpful recommendations, provided various samples, and were diligent with their suggestions and gathering information about our pet to make sure she was properly taken care of. Will certainly be returning and recommending to others in the area.

Truly the best pet store I’ve ever been to - Gwen and Judith are beyond helpful and go the extra mile to provide your pet with the best care. They’ve helped my picky dog choose a food through many trial and errors by providing me samples and making the process so much easier than a big chain store. Their prices are unmatched and they are willing to work with you and order the dog food you need for your pet. 11/10!!!

I stopped in this afternoon after I foolishly left my dog's leash at home. She has been waiting for a good walk at the park, so I was hoping to find a leash. The staff inside the store was incredibly friendly, and I was surprised to actually find good prices. This tiny shop is such a good find and I will definitely be back the next time I'm in this area. It really felt like the staff members cared about the other customers and their dogs and that was so neat to see.

Popped in here when I was dog sitting and realized we had no toys. The owners were super friendly and helpful. I bought a few toys including ones you stuff with treats and a few other bits. My guest loved them!

Gwen and Judith, the owners, are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful about all things dogs. From guiding you through pet food options to providing dental advice, they’re super excellent at helping you with dog care. Highly recommend to anyone tired of shopping at the same ole big box pet stores.
