This Shells location I visited was a complete disaster. I was hassled by a cashier who appeared more concerned with bothering my wife than serving customers as soon as I stepped in. But as soon as I got outside, the nightmare started in earnest, with homeless individuals aggressively approaching me and making me feel very uneasy.It's unacceptable that a business would let such activity to take place on its grounds. Throughout my whole stay, I experienced a sense of unease and unwelcomeness, and I will never go back to this place. I advise you to shop somewhere else if you want to avoid being disturbed by store employees or homeless people.

I regret going to this gas station. It was so unhygienic and nasty, with rubbish and leaks all over the place. The bathrooms were dreadful and had no facilities or supplies. The pumps were unreliable and had the worst gas prices in town. The staff was mean and careless, neglecting customers or being impolite to them. They scammed me out of my cash and gave me bad water and stale chips. I will never return to this gas station. It is a horrible place!

Shells gas station is a rip-off and a scam. They are deceitful and unfair and expensive. They advertise low prices but they charge hidden fees and taxes. They trick you into buying things you don't need or want. They sell defective products and expired food. They don't honor their warranties or refunds. They lie about their rewards program and their coupons. They treat their customers like dirt. They are rude and disrespectful. They yell at you and curse at you. They ignore you and mock you. They are the worst gas station ever. I will never go to Shells again. This location should get sued.

Worst experienve ever. Dirty and broken pumps. Had to wait 15 minutes to get a working one. Prices higher than advertised, and they charged me an extra fee for using my credit card. The clerk inside was rude and unprofessional, and refused to give me a receipt. They didn't even have a bathroom to use, and it made sense because the place was disgusting and smelled kind of like sewage. It was clear the store was poorly stocked and overpriced, and the food I get was expired. I felt sick after coming here. This place is a scam and a health hazard. Do yourself a favor and never come here.

*edit* The people here purchase SANTIAGOS burritos and only sell half to the public. The older men continue to hide the burritos under the papers in the warmer. When myself and other customers take those, he refuses to sell them and says “they aren’t for sale”. Absolutely ridiculous, buy them for yourselves then and keep them out of sight!!! I am absolutely sick of the ignorance and inadequate service here!! I gave them a second chance only to see them ripping SANTIAGOS off as well as their own customers. SAD PLACE!!!People running this store are nice but extremely incompetent. Waited in a line of 13 people today.

Fun I was in the neighborhood and stopped by here to pick up a few things. It's a nice store, but the old guy behind the counter made the experience even better. This gentleman, perhaps Chinese American, was really personable and happy. He joked around with one patron, spoke some Spanish to another, and told me one of my scratch tickets was lucky. He was all smiles. I love kind and happy people!!
