I have no reservation in recommending Scott as a realtor. If I won the lottery, I would quickly call Scott to hunt down my next dream house. He made an intimidating process feel accessible to me as a relatively inexperienced buyer. I appreciated how realistic he was when I wasn't 100% sure whether I wanted to stay in Denver, whether I was ready to buy a home, etc. He sat down with me and talked through the pros and cons without applying any pressure. He was very reliable, he highlighted issues I never would have noticed on my own, and he kept me grounded in the search. Scott (and his wife Gina) are kind, funny, and outgoing. More than other realtors I've worked with in the past, I felt that Scott cared and would rather forgo a sale than have me end up in a bad fit. I have zero regrets and a great deal of gratitude for working with Scott!

Scott is one of the best in the business!! Home buying can be stressful but Scott put us at ease and even made us laugh a few times when we should have cried. Would and do recommend to friends but get ready for some burpees at the closing!

We met Scott by chance when we saw one of his signs posted on a new home. He came out to meet us on the spot and spent a lot of time walking us through the property. We've communicated with him several times since. He's offered us honest, intelligent advice while placing our best interest above his own financial gains. There are many shady people in this business but Scott is as ethical and honest as they come! He also partners with some very talented builders so he has access to some great, new properties before they are even listed.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Scott guided us through the process of buying our first home in what can be a very intimidating sellers-market.When browsing homes, Scott made sure to point out the true value of the homes compared to those in the surrounding area. We felt like we were working with an expert in the field the entire way.Our price range and deposit weren't the highest, but we were treated like absolute VIPs. Every inquiry via Group Text was answered either ASAP or with a phone call- even at 9:30pm!Can't wait to work with Scott in the future and will recommend him to all buyers, big and small.

Scott is the best. :) It’s been really hard to convince ourselves he knows better than us, but he really does. You need to be working with someone who has the knowledge to be able to guide you through this crazy market. He’s super responsive, has a great attitude and works really hard. Scott will go the extra mile and then some for you. He was always ready to go check out a place, he told it to us straight whenever we were touring an overvalued house and knows the tricks to help make your offer stand out when you find the home you’ve been looking for.Most importantly, he will leave it all on the floor when it comes to negotiating your offer. Our offer wasn’t the highest, but somehow Scott was still able to bring it home. I highly recommend Scott to any aspiring homeowner. First-timers included!

Hands down. Best experience with a realtor. Ever. Scott always goes the extra mile, offers emotional support when you need it (moving is stressful!), helps with every step in the process, hustles like no other, and makes you laugh AND do burpees whether you like it or not. Bonus is that he has a fantastic team,Gina and Ryder, working by his side. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Sign him to be your agent, you’ll thank yourself later!! ???
