CEO is a trust fund baby who tried starting his own company and has no idea what he’s doing. Don’t recommend using them as I’ve heard they treat their employees terribly.

Roofscope has always been very quick to return measurements. A couple of times, I had to request some changes (add or subtract a building, things like that). Our rep, Jason Herrera, has been very quick and proactive about communicating with me on what exactly I need, assisting with expediting the process, and making sure I'm satisfied with the end result. He even calls if needed to make sure we're 100% on the same page. I appreciate his efforts specifically, in addition to the broad satisfaction from the service provided by Roofscope.

Great service! Not only can you get the roof information, the siding and gutter scopes are a really awesome add on to have. Accurate and easy to understand. Highly recommend.

Started with a roofing company about 5 months ago. Been using roof scope since I started and it's been pretty easy to use and the communication has been very good. Recently I got hooked up with Matt Dinsmore as a personal point of contact when I have an issue so im not always talking to a different person and that has taken my experience to the next level! Highly recommend!

Hands down the best! Have to say, my rep Matthew Dinsmore is a HUGE part of this five-star rating! The variety, accuracy, ability and amazing services scope technologies offers is absolutely amazing! That being said they also take the time for an up-and-coming small business owner like me to make me feel like even the small guys matter, even so much so like I feel like a friend to Matt and I've never personally met him. Top notch!

I got a random email from Michael Vereen stating I've is my new account manager. The name of his company isn't listed. I don't know what account he is trying to manage. I replied and still didn't answer we r my questions, just replied with his email signature. If ut was something I did sign up for, he just lost my business.

Very hard to get anyone to answer phone. Takes sometimes day to get call back if they call you at all. Call Eagleview save time and headaches. Worst customer service ever.

On a recent commercial project, the measurements we received from Roof Scope were off by 36%! This caused us to significantly underbid a project and then sign a contract based on that bid. When informed of this, all Roof Scope was willing to do is give us discounts on future roof scopes! As if we’d ever use this company again! I strongly encourage anyone who is thinking of using this company to think again.

Horrible customer service. Noone answers phones half the time. May not call you back at all or a few days later. Pay a few dollars more and call eagleview and save a lot of time and headaches.
