We started working with Dan several months ago after an initial consult left us feeling relieved we finally had someone who cared about our financial stability. After realizing we were in worse shape than we initially thought with our current investments, retirement and life insurance accounts, Dan was able to sit down with us and help us identify and prioritize what changes would be the biggest impact to us. We feel much more at ease knowing Dan is on our side and is working with us. His communication is top notch, and his ability to dumb it down for people who don't really understand what we need to do is comforting. He also sent us several recommendations on other folks to use in various efforts we did, including life insurance, etc etc. Everyone has been fantastic and has helped me relax a little bit compared to a few months ago. I had a consultation with Dan just under a week ago; from the onset he has been professional, transparent, friendly and thorough. Dan is also a great listener as demonstrated in the post-call follow up email that I received same-day.Fast forward a few business days later, I have decided to move assets from my current firm to Dan's. While these steps aren't always smooth, Dan has been patient and professional - working with me every step of the way. I do not feel like a number. And that's important to me.Dan has provided me with a plethora of financial resources and offered to meet once the funds transfer(s) have been completed to discuss short and longer-term goals. I have various options available to me but I don't feel pressured in any way.Down the road I'll update my review; based on my initial experience I am very happy with this decision and my experience working with Dan. That said, I recommend Schutte Financial.

I have been looking for the right person to trust for my investments. Dan took the time to walk me through all of my questions and gave me the space to think about how/if I wanted to proceed. Dan has been tremendously helpful to our young family. Too many advisors are only for high net-worth clients, and working with them would have (ironically) bankrupted us. Dan took a personal interest and provided us with excellent service at a fair rate. Dan is amazing! My husband and I realized that we needed to be more focused and deliberate about our investing. We had our money invested with different advisors and across several investment, however, we felt like we were not getting the time or attention we needed to be successful. Dan has quickly become one of the greatest assets to our family and is a one-of-a-kind professional. As a young couple, choosing to even search for a financial advisor felt like a huge undertaking. After doing quite a bit of research and initial phone calls with various others, Dan blew us away with his calm, confident, and reassuring approach to handling others' assets and specifically how it would look for us. Dan has been such a valuable asset in our early investing career. My wife, Bethany, and I have always been quite risk-averse, but Dan was able to put those fears at ease and come up with a very diversified investing portfolio.
