If you want nice, friendly, attentive staff, a coffee machine that works, or a gym that’s in fantastic condition, then go spend a ton of money at lifetime. But if you want a gym that’s is the bare minimum and you pay for it that way, there’s no better place.
More than just a gym or a place to workout, the Schlessman Family YMCA features a strong sense of community. Amenities include more than 100 fitness classes each week included with membership, a lap pool, warm water pool, gym, SilverSneakers classes and senior center, along with a wide variety of fitness classes, water aerobics classes, pilates reformer studio, personal training and massage therapy. For kids, the Y is a go-to spot for quality childcare, preschool, swim lessons, swim team and year-round youth sports. The YMCA has been a fixture in Denver for over 140 years. We are a gathering place where healthy living is fostered, children are nurtured and people support each other.
