I don't think I've ever walked into a shoe boutique with my small feet and walked out with a quality fit before. The owners knew exactly what to recommend, and the store has a stylish inventory, including accessories. I'm happy to support this local small business and will be back.

Carolee is fabulous. We came in from out of town and went shopping here. I couldn't bring home in luggage and Scarpaletto had a special order for me and shipped back to the east coast. The knowledge of all products was beyond impressive and customer service was boutique to the tee. I highly recommend and if the area should stop by for their diverse selection of shoes, belts, jewelry, and other accessories. If I could give more stars I would.

This is hands-down, the best shoe store I have ever, and will ever, have gone to in my entire life. After years of having neglectful and rushed shoe salespeople sell me the wrong thing or an incorrect size, this was a breath of fresh air.I talked to the owner and their partner, they were incredibly helpful. Their level of expertise and knowledge of the product, along with the anatomy of feet in relation to perfect shoe fit, is unmatched.If you are buying shoes, anywhere else, I would make a strong argument that you are making a mistake.

Phil is the best! When I found out a friend would be passing through Denver on their way back to Alaska, I was hopeful that they could bring back a pair of my favorite boots with them (and save me some $$$ in shipping!). I called Scarpaletto Shoes and asked if they had these boots in stock, and sure enough, they did! Phil took down my information, verified they would be the correct style and size, and offered to hold them until my friend could come stop by. Even other large retailers had these boots listed on their website, I really wanted to shop a local business. I'm so glad I did. The personalized assistance for my unique situation was really fantastic. Thank you, Phil!

Can't speak enough to the staff! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Their new location is beautiful and so are the products they carry! Quality all around. Stop in to find a great pair of shoes, a beautiful handbag, men and women's jewelry and wallets. Cool selection of men and women's leather jackets as well!

I usually take shoes from them I've never been above the quality they offer, spacious store with a diverse choice I want to thank the personnel for their professionalism. I found the perfect pair. The prices are however a bit high for shoes but loved the accommodation.

Love this store! Phillip is amazing as are Kylie (sp?), Logan and one other person (whose name I forget) who's helped me in the past. Great service and they don't try to oversell despite having some incredible things in the store. Hard to find high end men's shoes and jackets in CO from a quality, style and fit perspective, but this place is terrific and isn't too pricey. Worth every penny!
