Had so many problems. Would not recommend buying, terrible online service. Thought that I was going to be able to take furniture home or at least have it delivered to the store. From when I purchased (almost 5 months ago), I had to wait an extended amount of time. Went in multiple times for it. Don't buy terrible company.

I ordered a chair and when it was delivered it just didn't fit so they gladly refunded my money and I purchased another chair in which they helped me with what might work best for that area in my bedroom. I am patiently waiting for my new chair as it will be perfect for my bedroom area.

Zero Stars! Never received my order that was promised on 11/28. Second promise was 12/4 and now the “manager” Melissa is claiming that she can’t give me a delivery date, and that their delivery company will call. Some day. Very disappointing.Do not purchase unless you can deliver yourself!Update: I finally received my order on 12/11/23.

I had a custom sofa made and am thrilled with it! I was told it would take 3-4 months, but it was only a couple months. The delivery crew were professional and careful. The quality is excellent! The stuffing is firm, stitching well done, and I absolutely love it! I have several other pieces of furniture from Scandinavian Design and and impressed with the quality of all of them! I’ll definitely visit them again when I need a new piece of furniture!!!

Left a review in September, manager replied and asked me to email them about my issue. I did so in October but haven't heard a peep from the manager or anyone else. Not surprised, another company trying to save face when someone leaves a bad review of expensive products that seem not worth their price (by far).
