The jewelry is awesome purchased quite alot the past year. only reason I put 4 stars is the communication isn't the best. Recently ordered something and put a message for someone to call me regarding some questions I had. No one ever did, but the piece was fine so it was a non issue. Just a little annoying when you've spent quite a bit of money somewhere you would hope they read the message and find the time to speak with you.

I was so excited for my appointment here. I walked in one day to browse engagement rings, and the sales associate that helped me was extremely kind and knowledgeable about their selection.When it came time for my actual appointment, I got a very unfriendly sales associate. She put a lot of pressure on me to select a ring, and kept saying "you've tried on a LOT of rings, it's time to narrow it down". I'm not sure if she was trying to rush me through for another appointment, but purchasing an engagement ring is supposed to be special and meaningful. I just felt like I wasn't welcome there. Other guests were being offered refreshments and given insight behind the designer and their showroom, while we were shoved in the back room after being told I needed to narrow down my choice.We were informed that we would have to get a custom ring due to the specifications we were looking for, but no pricing information was shared. We also asked about using an heirloom diamond, and she informed us that if it was too small they can't do anything about that. I guess I understand sharing that info, but it was phrased in a way that made it seem like she just assumed we wouldn't have a diamond big enough to use?To top it all off, we were told she would email us both all the info on the ring we liked and all the information we would need to follow up with to go through with our purchase, but we never received anything. I wasn't sure if I was just getting a wrong impression of her not wanting us there, but not even getting the email we were promised with all of that info proved that she didn't think we were worthy of being there.Not sure if it is because I'm not white, or I dressed in a way that made her think I couldn't afford to be there, but I definitely felt not welcome, and will not be going through with a purchase here. Such a let down after my first experience here was so wonderful.

They were wonderful to work with. Sandra specifically did a great job updating me, answering all of my questions. And I cannot even express the beauty of this ring I just bought. I am so glad to have found a company that supports woman and all couples. I am so glad to have supported this company.

Had a wonderful experience with Paige after planning a day trip to Denver. She made the process incredibly easy by listening, asking the right questions, and sharing her expertise. We were both delighted with our experience with Paige and the entire staff at Sarah O. The store is beautiful, and we can't wait to visit again!

What a fantastic experience getting my engagement ring from Sarah O ? From the first interaction my fiancé & I had with Madi, we knew we could stop ring shopping and commit to getting the ring at Sarah O. She listened to my vague ideas and brought several beautiful ideas to the table for me to try on and ultimately decide on my beautiful ring design. She was thoughtful with our budget and didn’t make us feel pressured to spend more than planned. She was attentive and communicative with my fiancé throughout the design and purchasing process, and continues to be so helpful as I have needed my ring resized.It’s such a breath of fresh air to walk into this beautiful shop. We can’t wait to come back for wedding bands later this year!

I purchased my wedding band and a week later I noticed a small crack near the bezel setting when I wore it for the first time during my bridal portraits… I brought it back and they assured me it would be okay- so it was documented and about 4 months later, the diamond completely fell out. Luckily I found it. It is absolutely crazy to me that they gave a defective piece of jewelry and still had the audacity to charge me for it when it clearly was given to me defective. I’m not mad about the price I’m just disappointed about the principal of the situation.love their style of jewelry but don’t love how they’ve handled this. I wish I would’ve bought my wedding band from a jeweler that cared for their customers.

My husband and I had a great experience shopping for rings here! Everyone was so kind, we loved their different styles. They even resized my husband’s ring for free when the fit was a little too big! Awesome people

Fantastic jeweler with a friendly staff that produced a gorgeous custom engagement ring. Really enjoyed working with Janelle Morgan to craft precisely the design we wanted, through multiple iterations. Was able review the CAD designs via email (since we don't live near the store), which was very helpful.

We had a wonderful experience with Sarah O!! Amanda worked with us to create a custom ring with an heirloom diamond. We liked one of the rings they already had, so she was able to adapt that ring’s design to fit with our center stone. We aren’t located in Denver, so we communicated via email after our initial call.We were a little worried about shipping our diamond to Sarah O initially, but Amanda walked us through everything! She recommended we get the diamond appraised so it would be insured for its full value during shipping, which definitely gave us peace of mind.The ring looks exactly like the CAD designs Amanda sent us that we approved and it is even more beautiful in-person! We absolutely love the ring and cannot recommend Sarah O enough, especially using their custom ring design!Editing to add: we also got my wedding ring from Sarah O! I tried it on during on of the pop-ups across the country which helped me make my decision. Highly recommend ?

Honestly, a great shop. Super helpful. We bought both our engagement and wedding bands here. I just thought it was wild that instead of a jeweler stamp, they engraved “Sarah O” on the inside of my fiancés ring. Now, maybe not a big deal to some people except his exes name is Sarah and they never mentioned that it would be engraved largely inside his ring. Should be something that’s disclosed.

Went shopping today with a friend. I have been engagement ring shopping twice before with my partner, and wanted to get my friends opinion. There are only three shops I want to check out in Denver, and this is one of them.I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews and I loved the jewelry, but I did not initially have a good experience.It was a busy day, many of the associates were with other customers, so I walked up to the counter and asked for help from a woman sitting there. She did not seem interested in helping at all. She seemed impatient, did not ask any questions, and I felt like I was bothering her by asking to try on rings. She would open a case, hand me the ring, then put it away and not say anything.This is the first bad experience I have had while trying on rings. I tried on maybe 4 of the 9 rings I had wanted to try on that I had seen on the website before I felt a bit defeated and decided to just look around the store a bit more. She went to the back room and I did not see her the rest of the time. I never got her name, she never got mine, no info on the rings, no ideas for options, no discussion of style or preference during the interaction.I looked around and found more rings that I wanted to try on, so I approached the front desk again and this time I met Paige. She was so helpful and made it feel like I was supposed to be there. I was able to find several rings I was excited about that weren’t on my radar, and she suggested some other designs and discussed options for changes they could make. She deserves 5+ stars.I do want to come back and show my partner a few of the rings I have found. However I feel maybe the first associate didn’t take me seriously for some reason, maybe because I was with my friend? But that first interaction did not leave a good taste in my mouth.

Nothing but good things to say! We had a great appointment and my ring was ready in half the estimated time. It’s gorgeous and I’m so pleased with the entire experience we had! Highly recommend!

I went and looked at jewelry at the Tennyson Sarah O location and it was so wonderful. The gal who helped us out, Kelly, was so welcoming + attentive + taught us so much about what we can be looking for. The shop was immaculate and everyone there was so kind. I can’t wait to go back again.I’ll write a google review too - but if you could pass this along to Sarah I would appreciate it ? ?
