UPDATE: 02/20/2025 I barely received a voice message this evening from the red haired pharmacy tech in a monotone voice that my pet's medication is finally ready for pick up. I was told that it would have been
re ready on Monday 02/17/2025 in the afternoon since I was miss informed on voice mail message information the first time. Good thing I did not go on Monday to pick it up because they would have not have had it ready.
I had my husband take a prescription to the sams club pharmacy last week and some red haired lady helped him and never said when the prescription would be ready. I got a voice message that i still have saved from Sams club pharmacy a few days ago saying that my prescription was ready and that it would be put back on the shelf the night of Thursday Feb 13th. I went tonight to pick up the prescription to be told by the pharmacy that it actually got put back last night Feb 12th and that I will have to wait until this coming Monday after noon to pick it up. The red haired lady started yelling at me saying that she did let me know the time of drop off I was not the one that dropped it off and all she told my husband that they had it in stock that is not giving a day or time the prescription would be ready. This is no way to treat customers maybe that is why I was the only one waiting in line because they don't know how to treat customers. Now I am being told by the pharmacy that i have to wait until this coming Monday to pick of the prescription i am not understanding why they are being so difficult when they have it there? Hopefully the have my prescription ready on Monday like I was told this time and I am not rushing out of work wasting gas to get over there for nothing.

If - stars could be given I definitely would give them. The three times I have come to this location since moving to the area I lean more and more towards cancelling my membership.
I utilize the scan and go option for convenience and because I usually don't get too many things when I go. This location, from my perspective, profiles customers when doing receipt checks. Every time I am not the only person leaving, bigger families, bigger baskets, different ages, etc. However, something I have noticed is the "randomization" of receipt checks doesn't extend to white people. On 2 of these 3 visits, both myself and the other non-white groups were checked; me having literally 1 item and them having a small basket full. Meanwhile the white woman and her basket full to the brim were just smiled and waved to. Its a very discouraging feeling, and for that i will be canceling my membership with Sam's due to this locations actions and behaviors.

Living just a few blocks away from the Sam's Club at 505 S. Broadway in Denver, I couldn’t ask for a more convenient shopping destination.

The intuitive layout and clean, organized aisles make shopping here a breeze.
My customer service experience across the board has been great—staff members are consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. What truly stands out is the exceptional pharmacy staff. They are knowledgeable and always go out of their way to provide outstanding service, making prescriptions quick and stress-free.
Becoming a Plus Member and securing a Sam’s Club credit card has been an added bonus, with cash back rewards of 3% to 5% on purchases, making shopping even more rewarding.
With great service, competitive prices, and impressive perks, this Sam’s Club has easily become a staple in my routine.

The shopping here is great; never any unruly children and not that busy most of the time. However, i’m only giving 3 stars because of how the workers practically harass you to buy something at the registers. NO I DONT WANT YOUR DAMN CREDIT CARD OR PLUS MEMBERSHIP I JUST WANT TO BUY MY GROCERIES. Please stop making these people come up to me while im checking out to sell me stuff. It’s uncomfortable for all of us and it makes me not want to come back.

I went to this Sam’s like I always do to get icing in a tub and edible images I had never had an experience like today they waisted over an hour of my time and couldn’t get help with what I wanted left with nothing but a lost hour of my time and ofc with a bunch of problems to solve!!! lol I was super upset and unsatisfied. Although I always go here and leave happy I truly don’t believe I’ll be visiting this Sam’s again!! Do better

They harass you for shopping when you’re just shopping and doing nothing you’re just shopping normally and they wanna harass you do not come to the Sam’s Club because they will harass you if you are a Mexican or a color individual they are just racist and assume even though you’re just shopping, your local customer do not come to the Sam’s Club please and please get new managers if you want your Sam’s Club to be good again thank you and have a great day

With the most racist employees if a black person does self check out they have to guard him with a bad look I have been a member for more than 30 years I have not experienced such discrimination in another stores

I've been in this store for many years and the truth is that I've been disappointed with this store lately and I've been buying roasted chicken several times and I even put aside the ones that are a little browner and surprise that when you get home to eat you start to cut it and everything is raw from the inside even the blood is dripping out you have to be careful with all this, today 4/30/24 I bought 2 raw chickens and the same surprise too raw I went to the store with the manager and she told me that It was a refund for me, I think it's not about the refund but about them being more careful with the food they are selling, I mean it's not the first time, it's been many times and they don't fix this.
I hope this publication is useful to you and I really don't buy more chicken in this Sams
