This dealership seems to be a joke. My boyfriend called in about a vehicle they have in inventory (keep in mind- it’s a 2012 and he’d be catching a flight out from Columbus Ohio). He was told the vehicle has hail damage, which was followed by the price isn’t negotiable. So let me get this straight, you’re telling me that a car has damage that most insurance providers consider a total loss for comprehensive and you’re attempting to sell the car for $10,000+ non negotiable? Normally it wouldn’t be an issue to be on set price if there wasn’t that type of damage. Don’t waste your time.

I tried to call and ask about financing a car and they told me that their banks don’t allow them to finance and their cash only so why does your website advertise bad credit/no credit?

Bought a van here. It test drove good on flat ground. As soon as we got it going up the pass it broke down in the same day.. Turns out the transfer case had 0 fluid in it. Bone dry. I doubt this vehicle was checked thoroughly prior to sale. I had my mechanic look at it, nearly $5,000 to repair it. They offered me $1000 for compensation. After reading all the other bad reviews about many similar experiences, I really wish I had read them first. I never would have done business with these people.

I am truly in love with my car I got from Sam's! They are truly amazing people that stick to their word and work with you! The cars are in amazing condition!! Definitely have my full blown business here and I plan to send many family and friends here for cars!!!

Great people here. Arkadi was very helpful and professional. Made the car like new for us, put a nice new windshield in the car and new tires. We drove it off the lot, to Florida, then Philly. It is a great car. Was a nice price. He was nice to help me with with another vehicle.

Selling a 2017 renegade showing approximately 57k miles showing on odometer, put the VIN number into google, results show car was sold at auto auction with over 90,000 miles. Personally brought this to their attention, was told it was a consignment, they have not changed advertised information.

HONEST! Not a word you always hear with car dealers, but we were taken back at Sam’s Auto. We ultimately didn’t go with them, but we appreciated their posts show ho way I go on cars and when I called the salesperson was 100% upfront on why a vehicle had lowered pricing vs. trying to get us to drive in. Wow! My wife and I looked at each other in disbelief after the phone call as we had just dealt with Schompf Nissan in Lakewood who unfortunately lied to us multiple times and sold a car to someone after we had cleared our day, funds and were on the way there. Ugh.

Really good honest dealership he also let me drive to my mechanic , went smooth and I paid in cash.Since I didn't have a car he let me use the car before I bought it to get a "CASHIERS CHECK" at the bank
