Yesterday we received Christmas gifts and I am grateful..On each package it says the list of what they give you and the name of the children. I have two. The big boy came complete because it came in a sealed plastic bag, but the LITTLE boy CAME EMPTY AND BROKEN THE PAPER GIFT BAG on the list. Of their gifts, only a jacket arrived from a pans AND THEY TOOK EVERYTHING OUTJACKETSHOES .HAT WITH GLOVES AND SOCKS AND THE PANS OF THE JACKET GAME THAT ARRIVED.I just think it's specific donations for each child and they didn't respect it ??????????

We went for the collaboration of diapers and toys and food and Mrs. Alma Chávez humiliated us, she denied me my baby's diapers, abusive and humiliating.

They never answer, I’ve been calling since Friday, and I’m assuming they don’t check voicemail because I still have not received a reply. Very unprofessional.I arrived to my appointment as scheduled at 10:45 but due to a long wait time I had to leave and return back to work. I arranged my lunch around this appointment. I then left work early to arrive to a longer time line and longer wait time. I waited in line for 2 hours starting at 4:30 finally at 7:15pm I arrived to the front of the building where a short man, glasses a beard and mustache tell me to come back tomorrow between 11 and 6. I proceed to explain I’ve been here twice and I have work tomorrow and he replied with “I’ve been here since 7. Have a good day.” I’ve never felt defeat like I did today.

I showed up to volunteer for the shift I had signed up for. The staff could not have seemed less happy to see me show up. They didn't give any instruction on what needed to be done, and seemed mad that I showed up 5 minutes before my shift started which seems like a normal thing. I literally watched several of them Snicker and laugh while looking at me. For a charity they seem to have an issue with staff attitudes.
