Honestly, I should be writing this review a lot sooner because Megan has been cutting my hair for over 10 years now and is truly incredible at what she does. I have extremely thick and wavy/curly hair and without fail, she gives me the exact cut I want every time. She has great hair maintenance tips and product suggestions, and really cares about the health of her clients hair. Recently, I had a lot of damage to my hair from a balayage gone bad, and she fit me in the next day to do a clarifying shampoo and bonding treatment to start the process of fixing the damage. She is an exemplary hair specialist and an outstandingly kind person, and that's why I have been a client of hers for so long and will continue to be for the foreseeable future.

The lady was very kind, but I felt like they were trying to sell me 30 things and products. They felt like real estate agents. I was dying to take it easy and go to yoga classes. But I found it too commercial and the process was very tiring. I didn't like it at all and canceled the service.

Made arrangements for my daughter to have a haircut and nails done on her 21st birthday. Stopped by the store in advance to plan the afternoon. It was a disaster. It was obvious the hairdresser, who is also an owner was not interested. The hair was cut way short. They did not want to help with the nails and actually sent her somewhere else. She's been crying since. Stuffy, obnoxious and lousy attitude salon.

A real pleasurable experience at salon theory. The salon is clean and bright and everyone is very friendly. My stylist at the salon is Cristy. I’ve been going there probably for about five years now and never have I been disappointed. I definitely would recommend this salon. They also do nails and facials.

Followed my long time stylist to this salon. It's a looong drive from Boulder yet totally worth it to me. Parking can be slim (it's near to Wash park) tho there have been plenty of times I find parking right out front (they don't have a parking lot that I'm aware of). The space is cute and spans 2 floors. The front desk has lots of goodies for sale - product, beaded earrings, reading glasses and more. There's also a 1 person bathroom not far from the check in desk. I haven't found the other staff to go out of their way to be friendly or check me in when I arrive tho I will def keep going back to see my stylist.
