I scheduled a service with Safelite almost a month ago. I was told the tech would call me today between 8am-12pm and let me know when he is on his way. It is now just after 12pm, I called and was told he was running 45 minutes late....wasted morning for me. Communication is horrible. I cancelled my appointment.

Cheap glass. They don't stand by their product. 3rd windshield in two years (and this one is only 6 weeks old and already cracked.) They keep cracking in the same spot but of course I was told it's not defective glass. And Jamie was rude and condescending when I called them. Sad customer service to say the least!

I came in close to closing time with a freak random problem with my window regulator. Really all we wanted was to get the window up because it was stuck in the middle and I didn't want to leave it like that overnight. They were definitely busy but they offered to take my door apart to see what was going on. They were able to diagnose the problem, give us a quote on how much it would be to fix, and get the window up and taped in place for the time being. Honestly they saved the day for us. Plus, everyone was super nice. Would 100% recommend this safelight.

Excellent and fast service. Walked in to request a windshield repair this morning. Got me right in. Done in 20 minutes! Plus vacuum my car and clean windows! Thank you.

Since I got to Colorado I've noticed I get more rock strikes to my windshield. Eventually a rock strike cracked my windshield so I went through my insurance to get it replaced. They recommended safe light. For 4 years my truck has had dozens of strikes with very little affect but after safe light replaced the glass 4 months ago I now have 40 plus chips on the windshield. Not sure if they use a inferior product or if I have bad luck. I will continue to use them because they do good work.

Please please please, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Their customer service is horrible, I've been trying to get my windshield replaced for months. Their appointment system is horrible and I've wasted hours and hours at this store. Won't ever go back.

Worst customer service in Colorado: Safelite AutoGlass (3254 Fraser St, Aurora, CO) / Safelite AutoGlass - be sure not to use this company. 5 hours of waiting after multiple confirmation emails and still no windshield replacement! (I scheduled 3 weeks ago and assistant manager "Tammy" had a not on her desk to let me know they had no tech available and failed to do so). When I call the shop no one is available. No help. No solutions and no accountability! Please use any company other than Safelite. They don't care and don't know what they are doing!

4055 E. Evans Ave, Denver. Without telling me, they replaced my windshield with an after market replacement, and now my safety braking system does not work, nor do I fear does my smart wiper system. I returned within one day to complain, and they told me it passed their tests, so there was nothing they could do. I returned a couple of months later, with the same complaints and they told me they couldn't do anything because my complaint wasn't timely. They are both crooks and incompetent. Ever wonder why their website doesn't include customer reviews? Instead, they rely on a glitzy, misleading, and self congratulatory ad campaign.My car dealer says they would not recommend Safelite, but they are required to do so by insurance companies, which otherwise refuse to cover the costs of windshield replacements that actually function. My next call is to my insurance company, which set me up for failure.

These geniuses ordered the wrong windshield for my vehicle even though they had all information you could want including the VIN. Wasted an hour of my day before calling and saying "oh we don't actually have the correct windshield do you want a cheaper one that doesn't have the defrost feature".

Terrible customer service - guy at front desk was too lazy to get up and look at my vehicle. Quoted me one thousand dollars to replace my windshield and said I couldn't get in for two weeks and that I had to go through insurance. They need to replace this lazy, rude employee. I got a quote for $327 elsewhere and it was fixed in two days. I won't got back to Safelite again.

My windshield had a crack and needed to be fixed. It was super expensive but there was no way around it. The service at Safelite was top notch and I was pleased with my experience.

The actual replacement was great ! They came to me and replaced my windshield onsite. Because I wasn't home when my windshield was replaced, I planned to pay online. The bill never arrived and I was not contacted about it. When I called to enquire about the bill, I was told it has been sent to collections and that I had.to contact the local mechanic. I did so, and they told me it has gone to collections and I had to contact Safelite and pay online. I could not find where to pay online, so I used the safelite chat function. I was told my bill has been sent to collections and to contact the billing department. I contacted the billing department several times, leaving 2 messages with no response. I have since also tried to submit a customer inquiry through their online form twice, as well I have tried to call their additional customer service number, and I have tried to text the number they indicate to text with questions. I have gotten 0 replies and have remained unable to pay my bill. I'm extremely concerned this will ding my credit as it has gone to collections.

They don't have enough employees to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I made an appointment with an hour and a half time slot but they didn't finish with my windshield until closing..... I had to end up waiting 4 hours. Completely ridiculous
