Waited over a week and then THEY canceled my appointment. I’m so upset. No one answers the phone and I’m thinking I have everything set up and they just cancel. No reason just a “sorry to see you go” email in my spam folder. No one answers phone no matter which day or time I call. What a waste of time!

My technician, Parker, was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly, professional, promptly started the job, and finished in a timely manner. Additionally, I really appreciated getting a phone call prior, giving me a head’s up when he was on his way. I think the look of the repair, albeit for structural reasons, looks aesthetically much better as well! All in all, I had a great experience :)

Had a 11:30 appointment and was told the appointment would take 30 minutes when I handed the keys over. The service took over 1.5 hours and when I checked in multiple time, I was told the service was nearly completed and it would only be a few moments longer. Terrible customer service

I made an appointment and made sure to show up early because I got about 5 texts telling me too. I get there and give my keys away and sit in the waiting room. I wasn’t told anything about wait times but overheard workers talking about a 3 hour delay. No one ever explained the situation and I was stuck wasting an entire day in the waiting room because of lack of communication. The totally wait time ended up being over 3 hours. I understand being backed up but had I been informed I would have chosen to reschedule and come back but since nothing was told to me I will likely never come back. I was glad to get an apology from the worker at the end though!

Had an appointment at 2pm for a windshield replacement. No one at the shop has the technician’s phone number that is working on my car. The technician took 45 minutes on the road recalibrating my car. There were other appointments that had the same windshield replacement as me and they were in and out in under 2 hours. Ended up getting my car back after 4.5 hours.
Heidi the manager has been super helpful but they’re not to blame.

I've had 4 windshields replaced here and several times used their glass repair. I've always been pleased and have found they 'aim to please'. Most recently, and why I leave my first review, they replaced a windshield but there was a molding at bottom that I thought would be replaced with windshield. When it wasn't, they explained it's because it's part of a bigger part, not just the molding (called cowling). Not part of the replacement, they did offer if I buy one they would install - bigger job than just molding b/c it included windshield washer hoses & electrical. So I bought and brought back. They then found it wouldn't seat properly because the sealant for windshield would let it. They saw my frustration and offered to warranty the windshield job, pull it up & replace it to be able to fit the cowling/new molding on. All warrantied, no cost to me. Great service and again I left a satisfied customer. Special thanks to mgr Raul!

My husband had an appt for 9:30am. He dropped it off and went back home. At five pm, he contacted the shop to find out what was going on. They told him they hadn’t even started his car yet and did he want to still try to get his car today or make an appt to have it completed the following day! Of course he needed his car back today. He lost an entire day of work because he drives Uber. They called him an hour and a half later and told him it was ready. They gave no lead time for him to head over. It took Uber 17 minutes to come pick him up to take him to the shop and while he was on the way to them, they had the audacity to call and ask if he was going to be there anytime soon to get his car! No idea what the point of having an appt is if they are going to not even start on your vehicle until you call them to see if it’s ready….

They installed a new windshield but broke the rear view mirror. Then, the store made two appointments with us and didn't have the mirror in store either time. I recommend AVOIDING THIS SHOP.

It is a NIGHTMARE to attempt to make a phone call and set an appointment. I spent an hour trying and they kept referring me back to the website before finally hanging up on me. RUN AWAY.

My technician was great, shout out to Jonathan! He did an awesome job on the front windshield replacement and I am very happy with the result. Communication was good throughout the whole process and it was easy to set up the appointment.

Scheduling on the phone, I was told the windshield would be $350, and new wiper blades $35. It wasn’t until after my service was fully completed that I learned the wiper blades are $35 EACH, for a total of $70, and that the $350 for the windshield did not include labor. I expected to pay around $390 for all of the services but paid over $500. I was misled on the cost and was not made aware until everything had already been installed. What was I supposed to do, ask them to put back my old wipers and broken windshield? The misrepresentation of the costs is predatory and unethical.

Just one word.. EXCEPTIONAL. From start to finish this has been the best vehicle maintenance appointment. Kaz at the front desk was super friendly, courteous and kind. I told them I was on a time constraint with getting my company car done today. And they went out of their way to make a note on the order, as well as tell the lead mechanic. Short staffed, on a very busy Saturday, Katherine managed to get my vehicle in and out in no time and well before schedule. THANK YOU ALL!!! I look forward to coming back the next time a rock annihilates my windshield.

I never leave reviews but I have had a horrible experience and want to prevent this from happening to others. When I had taken my car in to get the windshield fixed they broke another part on my car. After having to schedule another appointment for someone to look to see what happened they said that the part was broken and that they would replace it. Over two months later and many phone calls (good luck reaching an actual person), I contacted their corporate office just to get a response. Car still hasn't been fixed. This has been one of the most frustrating and time consuming experiences I have had when dealing with a services company. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
