Ghassan is an absolutely amazing realtor. My coworker recommended Ghassan saying he made mortgage simple, so I reached out and immediately knew I made the right choice. He helped me purchase my first home and demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of both the lending and real estate markets. Thanks to his expertise, he was able to recommend the best strategy for us and answered all our questions. Ghassan has now helped my family both in a refinance of a home and the purchase of a new home. In both situations he was professional and helpful, answering the most mundane to the most complex questions. On the purchase of our home, we did not have a buyers agent and Ghassan was always willing to help walk us through questions we may have otherwise not been able to answer.
On top of the great experience of working with Ghassan, he consistently also comes back with the lowest closing costs and best rates from any other source I checked. This saved us thousands of dollars over the life of our loans.

Ghassan and his team are amazing. I called him Sunday at 6 pm and he had me a lender letter that night, so my offer could be sent. We have known/worked with Ghassan for almost 5 years when we bought our first home. Ghassan is extremely patient in walking us through the entire process. He always helped us close in time and found us the lowest rates.
This time around, Ghassan not just helped us with the lending but was also our realtor. I couldn’t have asked for more from a realtor. He understood our situation and helped us find our dream home. Ghassan worked around our families constraints eg: We couldn’t be available in person ( He toured us several houses and neighborhoods on Facetime), we were traveling a lot during the period we were under contract ( He arranged our inspection and made sure we were able to do everything in time). He literally went above and beyond to make sure there were no hiccups in the process, even with all the constraints we imposed.
Ghassan knows how to get an offer accepted even in a competitive market like Denver’s. I would love to work with him again!
