They only had one dressing room open in the whole store on a Saturday. Staff was rude. And when we went to checkout there was only one register open. Left feeling stressed, upset, and annoyed.

Worst experience Ever!!!!
Ross Dress for Less location #2000 has the worst customer service in the Nation!!! I travel a lot across states, and I usually go to Ross to buy last-minute items I may have forgotten to pack. Last night I went looking for sports bras for my youngest daughter. Since it was late in the evening, the fitting rooms were closed, so we got her a few of them to try on where we were staying at. Two outta three sports bras fit her. So I figured I would return the one that didn't fit the following day, simple right!?
I made line and seen everything is outta place, and not organized, not up to standards.
Once I got called up, by the cashier by the name of Josh, I placed the sports bra on the counter, brand new with tags amd everything, and first thing he does is, raise his hands in the air and disgustingly stated, "Ewww, I can't return that!"
I was confused as to why he said that, since he didn't give no explanation...
He then proceeded to say, "I can't return that since it's off the hanger?"
Excuse me, what????
He continued with, "it's off the hanger, and I can't return it!"
So I politely asked him, "Why is that?"
He continues with a disgusted, sarcastic voice, " it's store policy!
So once again, "I politely ask him, "can you show me where on your store policy does it state that?? I don't understand what the difference is between my 10-year-old daughter trying out the sports bra on here in the fitting rooms or trying it on where we are staying at??"
He continues to state the same thing he had previously say, as he starts calling the next person in line, as if my question or my persona didn't matter!!!
I started questioning myself if this might just be because I'm Latina and he's being racist towards me since all I have received by that point was a disgusted look from him, followed by not acknowledging my presence.
The manager came over eventually, I gave her the run down of the situation and she okayed the transaction.
I asked Josh the cashier one last time to point out where in the store policy does it state we can't return items off the hanger, because all the Ross stores I've gone to, they encourage their customers to remove the hangers off their clothes before reaching the cashier.
Josh rudely answered, "I know my store policy, and it's up to you to read through it because I'm not one to point it out!"
This experience has been by far the worst retail experience I've ever encountered!!
Ross hiring team, please do better when hiring your staff. Josh has no place working in retail. Josh is not nice or polite whatsoever.... smh...
By the way... I read through the store policy, and nowhere does it state I can't return clothing without hangers!
