Loss prevention at the door is a joke. Treats every customer as if they are stealing which is an immediate turn off. Cashier (you know who you are) threw things in my bag...when I mentioned it she said "It's not my job to fold your clothes" "Maybe it's not my job to buy yours." Horrible customer experience except for the sweet gentleman working upstairs in men's section.

One of the cashiers at the store didn’t even take off the magnetic sensor off my clothing. I come back a few days later and they won’t take it off without a receipt. Then a different worker tells me that they can look it up for me if I know the date. I tell them the date and then they said they can’t even do it without a manager. No manager in the store. Regardless, it’s the personnel working obligation to take off the sensor to even prevent this from happening yet I have to come back and wait for a manager another day. I understand to prevent items stolen but obviously if someone is going to steal they wouldn’t go through this much effort to take off one sensor for an article of clothing that is $10!!

Loss Prevention guy won't let you in until he screens you. After you pay, you can't just walk out the door....have to walk around the other checkouts to leave the store. If they don't want people to be walk through those doors, then don't have cashiers on registers 1 and 2 near that exit. Use one of the other 6 registers (that were closed) which have a path to the exit you want people to use.. I'm a shopper, not a criminal. I will not be going back there.

BIG BROTHER SURVEILLANCE privacy advocates should avoid this location. Wait before enter camera facial recognition. If shopping is SO bad, send the criminals to jail and stop treating paying customers like BANDITS!!!

This is the second time I have been to this particular Ross store and it's very empty. I was looking for a robe and they had 3 total. The hair and make up area is nothing like every other Ross I have been to I was rather disappointed. The shoe section again, not many choices. I won't be going back to this Ross store location.
