Ross is really convenient in downtown Denver! It only takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel, I feel very satisfied~
I used to think that this store sold some cheap things, but later I found out that it was full of famous brands with huge discounts. Sometimes you can't buy such prices at outlets! Of course, its product quality is not very complete. You can see many famous brands here, but you just have to spend time to find them! Hanging on clothes hangers, placing them on shoe cabinets, and placing them on cosmetic cabinets, they may be arranged in a messy manner, but if you look carefully and search carefully, you can find brand-name items!
Most of the shoes and bags here are from Michael Kors, Coach, and Tommy, and the prices are very cost-effective! Each bag may only have one, so if you look at it often, the things will be different. I bought a pair of Doc Martin shoes here, they were $99 on Amazon and $59 here.
Although the checkout counter is a bit complicated, the waiter's attitude is very good. In short, it is highly recommended!

Found 4 cute pieces for $75. I didnt catch that the lady at the register had double charged me for my blazer. The next day, I went in to get the double charge refunded. I brought the bag with all the clothes i purchased and my receipt. I was then asked to wait for 10 extra minutes while the manager checked the security cameras to make sure my request was legitimate. Way to treat a customer like a common criminal. I was severely offput, as even on 16th street I have never been treated this poorly. But I figured it was their way of dealing with theft (aside from the 2 security guards) and moved on. Well, now its 3 days later, and today I got a random charge for $2.19 to my account. I have not been back and there is no reason to have this charge. So in essence, they stole from me and then made me feel like the thief. Seriously?! Absolutely not. This place needs better customer service. Or a Nordstrom Rack to replace it.

Prices are extremely high for a Ross. Went in for a carry on piece of luggage. Lowest one (child's carry on) $29.99. There were armed security staffed on both floors of the store as well. Outside smelled of urine.

Always reliable for great discount designer brands. Can just be overwhelming as you have to search through loads of stuff. They do try to arrange stuff by size and type so that helps.

Everytime I come in I am greeted, and offered help. Loss prevention there is active and not just standing around. Also having PD at the entrance really makes the visit more comfortable. The only complaint I can give is it's hard to find bras and underwear in my size. Other than that the selection is great, including even art supplies. Which can be expensive.

The merchandise and store are pretty well stocked and organized. Security is good. My problem is with the checkout cashiers. Why are they in such a hurry they are rude? I was not greeted with an hello. I asked a question and she curtly said NO! Couldn’t she say “sorry, no”? We bag our own purchases now yet she pushed me out like a criminal and not a paying customer. My receipt had not even printed yet when the cashier called the next customer. I refused to leave the checkout line until my wallet was safely in my pocket and I had time to put my merchandise into my backpack and securely zip it before moving. So she literally shoved me and my purchases out of the way like I was an inconvenience and not a customer. This is 16th street and I’m a 55yo female alone. She really expected me to move to the street with my wallet in hand and purchases in my arms? What is wrong with management at this store that they demand the cashiers shove customers out of line before the receipt is even printed? Those cashiers must make a huge bonus to ring us up so fast they treat customers poorly. There are plenty of other cashier jobs out there where management does not demand cashiers force old women into the street with wallets in their hands and unsecured merchandise. If the cashier said hello and gave me 60 seconds to bag my items I would give this store a 5. The cashier ruined the entire experience and I saw all of them calling the next customer before finishing with the one they had.
