Biggest mistake of my life. You cannot buy a piece of furniture from these people that does not require constant upkeep. You cannot get up from one piece of their furniture that does not then require instant smoothing and fluffing to make it look like it should look just to begin with

Very nice store, but the employees weren't very friendly or welcoming.

It’s easy to shop here because many products are staged to see the end result of what a variety of things look like together. I’ve bought my comforter here and some of my pillows. The prices were expensive so I had to pace myself before buying. The quality is there though.

Don't trust their guarantee. We bought a glass table with a white coating and the coating started to peel underneath the glass. It is clear that this was not caused by external damage. My wife went to the store and ask to fix this when the table was within the guarantee period. They just said that they will send us a pen to fix it. The first pen was completely dried out and did not work at all, the second one was fine, but this solution does not work because the pen is not able to get under the glass. My wife went back to the store, and they said that they have someone that could come and fix it by taking off the glass, and then reattaching it. Sounded like a great option, but when the manager called us later, she said that the table is no longer under warenty and that we have to pay for it. - This is crazy because the table was under warenty when we first let R&B know about the problem. We like the store and have bought a lot of things from them and were very surprised on their decision to not honer the guarantee

The measure of a good company is how they handle a problem. Room & Board exceeded my expectations. We ordered a piece that had a minor defect, they immediately remedied the situation, easy! We love the quality and design that Room & Board offers, the delivery service is the best in the business.

Fabulous store that has been in the heart of CC for as long as I can remember. The selection is wide, and the showroom is beautifully curated. Beautiful roof-deck to catch some sun while shopping!

Honestly, just very disappointed with their customer service. The varnish started coming off on the top of our $4k walnut dresser. We have walnut pieces from various other competitor stores (even in the same room) with no issues. We took pictures and sent them in expecting they would jump at the chance to fix the issue and keep our business for years to come. Instead they haggle back and forth over the photos, first saying that the whiteness in the picture was from moisture and was not their fault. "That is the glare from the window, the issue is the bits for varnish coming of", I said. They then claimed THAT issue was caused by improper care and we should just be using orange oil. That is what we do, for all our expensive wood furniture... In the end, I understand having problems, I don't expect every piece to be perfect. But then it becomes what you do, and how empowered your customer service is to ensure your customer is well taken care of. They seemed incentivised to ensure they do not take any liability, evidenced by the first jump to conclusion. We will be staying away from Room & Board from now on. Its sad because we do like the furniture, and it felt like they were the kind of company that would take responsibility and step up for their customers . Unfortunately not the case for us.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. We ordered a set of dining chairs. The chairs were beautiful, well made, top quality (all made in USA). I found them quite comfortable but the comfort didn't meet my husbands standards unfortunately. After having them for about a month (we had only sat in them maybe 5 times as we were traveling and out), I thought to reach out to see if they would accept a return since my husband didn't find them comfortable enough. They quickly responded back with a pick up day and time to retrieve the chairs. The delivery team and pickup team were extremely nice and professional - probably the most professional and downright nice delivery crew I've ever dealt with. Though we didn't keep the chairs, I will definitely order from Room & Board in the future as their customer service has proven to be top notch, and of course the quality of the furniture was very nice!

We visited this Denver Cherry Creek store twice seriously considering to buy 2 sofas. We asked multiple questions of whoever we could find in the store. It seemed like either they were short on sales staff, or they didn't take us seriously. It was a decision between 2 sofas at Room and Board or from another store. I truly believe that if a sales person in this store had taken more interest in us, we would have bought from them. But they didn't, and we bought from the other store.

Great furniture selection and excellent warranty. When RH and Pottery Barn are still sourcing most of their products from China it's nice to see Room and Board offering products made in the US, Canada, and Europe.

Very disappointed with how this sectional has degraded in the first 5 years. I'm single, travel a lot and only use in the evening. This sectional is lightly used, so when R&B told me that my issues are due to normal use, I was confused. A $3200 sectional should hold up well beyond 5 years, especially a R&B product. My issues: Feathers, feathers, feathers...they are continently coming out of the seat and back cushions. The batting they uses around the sides of the seat cushions separates and bunches from the foam core and becomes visible. The seat cushion corners have given up...they appear to be depleted of fill and look sad. R&B did send a rep to inspect, and they did agree to replace the chase insert. What aggravates me even more, is my mother purchased a sectional from Basset in 2006 and it looks better than my sectional.
