This is a sad review. My husband spent a gift certificate on tools one afternoon. By 6:30 the next morning, he had died. The package was still on the counter, so I returned the items even before the funeral arrangements. Since the receipt was not in the bag, I was given a rewards card for a lot less money but told if I found the receipt that would be corrected. I later found the original receipt in my husband's papers. When I took back the original and the return receipt after having moved out of town when he passed, I was told everything had expired. I called the corporate office twice to explain, but they would do nothing. They have the tools, the money for the gift card, more money from a credit card, and I have nothing but lingering sadness. The manager from the Denver store called, listened, and will honor the gift certificate. I am grateful.

Great customer service - knowledgeable advice with a willingness to acknowledge limits of expertise. Terrific classes - I highly recommend the following: Sharpening Wood Turning Tools & Chisels (Marcel); Turning a Pepper Mill (Jim); Mini River Table (Josh); Acrylic Pen Turning (Hannah) as ones I've really appreciated. It's a great chance to learn techniques and gain skills for home wood working.

The "big tool" item that I purchased was on sale yet the cashiers (3) had issues with posting the correct sale price. They were very courteous and finally got the sale price corrected and even helped carry the heavy bulky item to my truck.

Went in to ask if they had a tool.... It was in stock on the website the employee informed me they couldn't find it and the "manager was to busy to help" I was going to spend some money here now I won't ever be back.

Bought some wood here for a cutting board project and the staff were insanely helpful. I didn’t really know what to buy and they carefully talked me through my options, and even cut the wood so it would fit better in my car. I’m so glad this store exists!

My husband, sister and I had the first of two classes to make the riverbed table. Each class was supposed to be 4 hours. Our first class lasted for only two hours. The reason is because they had another different class being held at the same time. Consequently, the room with tools needed to cut the wood was not available for our class. So the wood was cut and prepared for us. The problem with going forward with our class is that we, as beginners especially, lost the opportunity to use the tools at this stage of the class, which I consider to be a crucial part of the learning process.
