The bar across the street feels like an establishment, River Bar doesn't. The times I've been here, it feels like a place for a community. Not too many of those places left.

They charge you for a cup of water but the atmosphere is really cool and I don't even drink but I go here to hangout. Sometimes there are food trucks.
River Bar Denver is a neighborhood dive bar and restaurant located in the River North Art District of Denver.
