Steaks were Great and marble was perfect. Cooked amazing on the cast Iron. Only thing is its a bit pricey here but given the food costs going up, I can see why.

Wow! Incredible selection and super knowledgeable staff. These guys know meat. Seriously some of the best stuff I've ever brought home.
