I'm writing this review for the Pharmacy staff and the Pharmacist. I was 2 days short of my Prescriptions that I take on a daily basis and since I'll be in Denver I decided to fill them here before I head off to Utah. Both Jessica and Jennifer went out of their way to make sure that my RXs got filled promptly and that they were ready when I got to the store. They were delightful and I was so glad that they were able to get it done!

Staff is extremely rude when I had gone to obtain my prescription. The only thing that was exceptional about this place was the staff member who greeted me on my way out. SAD

I honestly haven't the slightest clue how my prescription got here, even after a year of not coming here, one still landed at this location. Regardless, they literally yelled at my insurance company representative. The pharmacy was disrespectful and not helpful. Today, I get there after 4 attempts to search down these medications, as I promise I would not willingly send my medications here. I get here, because I receive a call that they were at this pharmacy. They were unable to run my insurance, but got it to work, and all of a sudden, "lunch is in 10 minutes" and the medications were not ready. So I'll have to pick it up tomorrow, adding another day to the already 2 weeks of not having them. And I wouldn't DARE try to transfer a medication to another location, they make it a DISASTER to transfer, even just up the street to their in-network target CVS, which I would prefer.I get it they're under pressure working with such high sensitive medications and private information, EVERYONE is coming at them with pitchforks, and honestly, I am too. It could just be a CVS thing, maybe it's a CEO problem. End of the day, these individuals choose how they treat people, where they work and what they say, and it results in negative comments, even more stress, and customers who resist attitude. They need a MAJOR shift in management.Pros: The general staff was welcoming at the door, the store is regularly stocked and it wasn't packed full of people.

DO NOT FILL YOUR MEDS HERE. The pharmacy is closed Saturday and Sunday which is inconvenient for literally everyone. They ignore your transfer requests completely. They’re understaffed, don’t answer the phone, don’t have things ready on time. And for Vyvanse, it’s over a month wait. This place deserves to go out of business.

This is my pharmacy and I waited for 35 minutes in line. There were only 5 people in line. Ridiculous.

There appears to be a shortage of staff working at the pharmacy. I have been waiting for 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment. I plan to go elsewhere for my next appointment.

The company CVS needs to hire more people. The pharmacy is closed on the weekend now and as of yesterday I’ve been waiting TWO weeks for my prescription. It’s ridiculous and disgusting that they even operate this way. It’s not the current staffs fault because they are clearly overworked.

Called and sat on hold for 45 minutes after someone asked if I'd hold. No one ever came. Hung up and called back to find the pharmacy closed for lunch for the next 32 minutes. No one came on to ask me to call back or told me I'd be on hold for another 32 minutes. This is my third cvs in the Denver metro and none ever answer their phones. I constantly have to drive all the way to the location to get a human being.

This is a poorly run pharmacy that should be avoided. After misinforming me on the ordering and status of my script, I returned to the store the next day to find out it was never processed, nor ordered from the warehouse because it was also out of stock. This delay caused me to miss my daily dosage. The pharmacist (Tae) had poor communication skills, took her time verifying my prescription even when it was filled, and was rude. The tech I interacted with on the third day of trying to get my medicine, Amanda, did her best.

I was in need of deodorant and keychains (I had to separate a bunch of sets of keys). The Walgreens or whatever is diagonally across the street was selling the same deodorant for 2X the price of CVS (WTF?), so I came into CVS and was glad I did.This CVS is a little thin on supply, the shelves were a bit bare, but the employee Aeron was super nice and helped me find what I needed very quickly. He also drew my attention to some other options in the store that helped me.There was a summer cloudburst and the rain was coming down hard as I was paying for my purchases. I bought a candy bar and stood in the store, ate the candy bar and waited for the rain to calm down. Aeron was totally cool with my waiting there. A super nice guy, and helpful.

Taylor was a literal rockstar! Super nice and helpful and explained exactly what was happening with my insurance.
