I pickup a lot of materials for Anderson Construction and Rio Grande provides exceptional customer service! Both the office staff and guys out on the yard are super friendly and attentive. I was helped right away.

Expect to wait outside your truck for deliveries for 30 minutes. The forklift order fulfilment guys drive back and forth without even seeing you. Front desk people look like they hate their jobs and make you feel like an inconvenience. Just my honest opinion.

Customer service is above and beyond. I came in with my unruly toddler. The sweetest young lady at the front played with her so I could get my account paid. Thank you for your help. It truly means the world that you took your time to help as a business owner i will make a point to use Rio grande because of this gesture!

Our contractor purchased three Heat and Glo fireplaces from Rio Grande for our new home in Golden. Rio Grande also provided the installation. It took several months after we moved in the house for Rio Grande to come and finalize the installation. Rio Grande advised us that the upper stone mantels were too close to the fireplaces per the manufacturer’s specifications. The fireplaces and mantels were set forth in the plans. Rio Grande failed to coordinate with the contractor. Needless to say, Rio Grande refused to start up the fireplaces. This is the case even though my contractor checked the heat load on a sample of the quartz material. Rio Grande stated that the mantels would need to be removed and either moved up or narrowed a few inches. While this sounds simple, this is major reconstruction. It necessitates carpentry, tearing out tile on the fireplace walls, and removing and cutting or replacing quartz mantles in four different rooms of my home. Besides the cost and inconvenience, my wife and I and our pets would likely be required to seek alternative housing during the construction. To date, this matter is not resolved. All said and done, this a nightmare. One star is too generous.

Terrible service, when I asked why it took so long for parts, I’ve already paid for, and was called and told they’re here, Shawna told me I could take my business somewhere else.Spoke to management, he was quick to point out how small a percentage of their business I amount to. I won't impose on them to sell to me any more.

Delivered regarding several times here, the yard is super small. You may have to wait to unload, I've been in and out quick and I've had to wait several hours. The people are nice enough, but their property just isn't big enough for the amount of business they do.
