I took my handicapped dog to this place for a high fever and trouble breathing. She was mobile using a wheelchair or dragging herself around. They placed her in an oxygen tent, where she was active moving around. They found a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). They performed blood work, UA and radiographs. After the visit my dog was totally paralyzed. They denied any responsibility. I revisited Rinovet the next day informing them of her paralasis, they just gave me pain meds. Took my animal to another Vet and found she had a damaged spinal column at the neck. (Not there before Rinovet visit, per xrays). My dog was in severe pain for 4 days, very pain aggressive, snapping at the air. This visit cost me over $1200, and resulted in damage to my loved pet. I called Rinovet to request my dog be put to sleep (PTS), they said they would have to re-examine my dog for another $60 before they could do the PTS. I would never, never recommend this place to anyone. They paralyzed my healthy, active dog when all she needed was antibiotics for the UTI. I am furious.

We had our first visit to this clinic this weekend. We were referred here from another emergency clinic that was too full for our case. We were nervous because it was a far drive, but boy are we thankful we went. Unfortunately we did not get to leave with our sweet old boy, but the service, kindness, and love shown to us and our boy during such a hard experience was unmatched. We are thankful for their care and can’t recommend them more.

Thank you so much for the kind and supportive care you showed to me and Reggie on 2/17. Such a hard decision to make but ultimately the best under the circumstances. He was my 17 yr old baby and you went out of your way to recognize and support that. It meant so much to me. Please continue to do the good work that you do!

I couldn't say enough good things about these guys. I've been here now 3 times. Every time I've taken my dog here they have been very friendly, professional, and have always provided quality service at a fair price. They have also always been available immediately, where others have not. The atmosphere is laid back and you can tell they genuinely care for your pet. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Wouldn't recommend. The wait to get seen by the vet for 2 stiches was around 2 hours, price was $295. Nice staff but certainly better places to go.

We are now stuck with 9k in debt because all our charges were not communicated clearly to my husband and I. We had been told we only owed 3,600k but magically the number nearly trippled after we were charged twice so in the end we still got screwed over. My husband and I will forever be grateful to those that actually tried to help us and got my fur babies feeling better but I do not recommend this place. They do not clarify all the charges and now we have a new mortgage and 9k in debt but I guess it's our fault for choosing to come back here

Unfortunately, I had to bring my elderly cat in last week and I was told by the veterinarian that his end stage kidney disease was so severe there were limited options for my little guys quality of life. They gave me as much time as I needed with Rondo to say my goodbyes and made him extremely comfortable when the time came. It was quick and painless and now I know Rondo is in a better place. Thanks to the kindness, compassion and consideration of the staff at Rinovet, it made one of the hardest moments of my life slightly more bearable. They also gave me a beautiful urn with his paw print on it. So thank you to all of the staff that was working that night.

Our dog suffered a back injury about a week ago, and we took him to RiNoVet because he was having side effects from one of his medications. Everyone was so nice and well organized too. Myrah was our vet tech and she answered all our questions and was so kind to our dog. Definitely recommend RiNoVet!

This is an awesome emergency clinic. We had to bring Lenny in to have a wound cleaned up and bandaged and Kelly was so kind and helpful. She was able get us seen by the vet quickly. Dr. Gallagher explained clearly what was going on and what needed to happen. He was very informative and took great care of our pup.

TLDR: We had a phenomenal experience at RiNoVet Animal Emergency Care and we are so grateful to them!Themes: Compassionate Care, Presence, Empathy, Clear Communication, TrustworthySpecial callouts: Dr. Chip Gallagher, Natalie, Paty, KaliOn NYE, from a dead sleep at 930pm, our 13 year old (but quite spry) pup Chewy experienced an unprecedented and severe, what we think was a grand mal seizure. Thank god we were home to respond. We rushed her to RiNoVet (one of the only places open) where she was treated with anti-seizure and anti-convulsion medication.Our experience with the staff was phenomenal. Despite our emotionality and fear about the situation, I was extremely impressed by Dr. Chip Gallagher. He spoke calmly and clearly while painting the picture of what could have happened to Chewy and what could be done. What I noticed most about him was his level of presence, patience, compassion, and empathy with us and Chewy. He chose his words carefully and deliberately and I deeply appreciated his communication style.Natalie was also fantastic. I never felt like the staff was "being patient" with us... They carry themselves in a way that made us feel like they were 100% available to us and not like our many questions were a burden at all. She recommended some clinics where we could get a new Primary Care Vet for Chew and we appreciated her input.Paty and Kali were also lovely, kind, empathetic, and provided valuable information in walking us through our discharge instructions. Again, they were generous with their time and energy, patient, and compassionate.After having almost 100% bad experiences with vet clinics, I can't tell you what a relief it was to feel comfortable leaving Chewy in RiNoVet's care. Thank you Dr. Gallagher, Natalie, Paty, and Kali!

I couldn’t reccomend Rino as an emergency vet enough. They have unfortunately seen my boys a handful of times this year. Rino has always had the availability to see my dogs. Been 100% professional throughout each encounter and someone I can say I trust with my dogs lives.Although they had to put down one of them early this year there is nota single vet I’d rather them.Thank you to the Rino vets, vet techs and receptionists for always insuring my kids were cared for.

First time visiting RiNo Vet on recommendation from another Emergency Clinic that could not see my dog for a few hours due to necessary surgeries. Our wait was minimal and the staff was courteous, kind, and professional. Unfortunately, due to my dog's age, existing conditions, and new findings upon exam, I knew euthanasia was the kindest option for my little girl. They kept her overnight and did what they were able to ease her suffering so I could have a little time to ensure I was making the right decision. They called me in the morning to let me know how she did throughout the night and I told them I would be in later for the euthanasia. When I arrived, they showed such patience and caring as they helped me prepare and make arrangements. They allowed me one of their rooms to spend a much time as I wanted to say my good-bye. For such a sad occasion, I couldn't have had nicer people throughout the process. I greatly appreciate all of the staff there that were so good to me and my little one. I opted for private cremation and the urn and paw print I picked up a week later were beautiful. Thank you all for what you do and how you go about it....you are beautiful people! Love, Bella's mom

I brought my dog to RinoVet on two occasions for an eye injury and I am very pleased with the care she received. The staff is friendly and professional. Tia was the veterinary technician on both of my dog's visits and she was wonderful! Very glad to have RinoVet in the neighborhood.
