$20 for a battery replacement. In and out in 15 mins. Very friendly. They said they used Energizer battery for the replacement.

So, I brought my Longines chronograph into the shop to get the bracelet resized. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes and paid $15. A week later, I brought my Tudor Black Bay in to get resized and it was $25. What’s with the difference in price? Same amount of links were taken from both watches so why was it more $ to get the Tudor adjusted?Owner- thank you for the info. I didn’t know about the price tier.

The staff who sold me a king Seiko were very knowledgeable and attentive. They let me try on several different watches, talked about the pros and cons of each option, helped my size the bracelet after I picked it out, and even gave me a discount and a small gift for a first-time purchase. I will definitely be back for watch servicing, and other watch-related needs. They have a diverse inventory (especially for domestic and JDM Seikos; it’s awesome to see smaller brands represented like muhle glashutte and squale). They are watch enthusiasts themselves and seem to know their stuff!

The best place to buy and sell a watch. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Daniel is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. They always take care of me and have the best watch selection. Can’t wait to purchase another watch this summer. Thank you Right Time family!

I've had good experiences in the past at the South location. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the North location. I've been in several times and spoke with the older man working there. Almost immediately, I felt subject to poor selling tactics of being rushed into choices that I didn't want. If I was looking for a square watch and they didn't have any he would push for me to buy a circular case. When I tried to sell an Omega DeVille at the North location the older man quoted the watch severely under the resale cost saying the watch was no longer manufactured. That same model is still on the Omega website as currently being manufactured. The last comment I had was for the high MSRP cost of the watches being sold there. Many watches had an over-inflated markup reflective of pandemic greed inflation. I noticed many of the used watches being sold for the same cost that a new model would be priced at several years ago. The Casios are all listed at MSRP when the Casio site has many of the same watches priced for half off.I know that a business has to make a profit but I have not enjoyed the experiences at the North location. I hope they change their selling structure because I don't know how long a company can last like this in the age of widely available E-commerce.Overall, the experience at the North location feels close to a smarmy Vegas pawn shop. If you're looking for a deal or reasonable pricing then check somewhere else first.

Aside from an impressive show room of gorgeous new and preowned watches, their service is phenomenal. I took an Invicta watch here that is very near and dear to me because I was missing a pin that I just didn’t have a replacement for. Not only did they fix it in a matter of minutes, but they were sweet enough to not even charge me. I will definitely be coming back to Right Time Watches. Take care of your customers, and they’ll take care of you!

Got my forever bracelet from Right Time Watches this weekend. I absolutely love it! Victoria did an amazing job. She was gentle with me and extremely knowledgeable about her passion of fine jewelry. I’ve been wanting a forever bracket for almost a year. I’m so happy I decided to get mine done here. Most other companies use gold plated chains. Their company offered pure gold or white gold. Thank you again, Victoria! I will be telling anyone who listens to stop by for their forever jewelry!

There's no doubt these guys are experts and they have a beautiful selection of watches. I've done work with them before and have always been satisfied, but today I went to get a watch resized and I got charged $15 for a 30 second job. I have never been charged for a watch resizing at any watch/jeweler and have done so at this location in the past without getting charged while I was getting a battery replaced. It was frustrating because the price was not disclosed to me ahead of time and if it was, I would have gone elsewhere or YouTubed a video and resized the watch myself. It's a good learning experience and I'll either go somewhere else for my watch tasks or do it myself instead of paying for a 30 second job.

Was in to have a watch collection assessed for sale. Three got an offer, not the best, not the worst, but will just say to others wishing to do the same. Consider selling on your own if you feel your stock has more value. That did not disappoint, as attentiveness and general service by the son was excellent. In the end, I got my offer however they did not even ask for contact info to follow up. Granted they were talking to contractors to work out upgrades going on. No desire to follow up told me all I needed to know.

This review is long overdue. Many years ago, I bought a Rolex GMT Master II "coke" edition here for myself as a college graduation gift. I was in California, so I was buying it without seeing it in person. The store seemed legit online and I think I saw a few positive reviews. Fast forward a few years later when I go to sell it to put towards the new ceramic version as my law school gift. I recently went to sell it to get a new ceramic version. A very reputable Rolex dealer in California gave me a very low offer on it because it had counterfeit parts in it. To the average buyer, it looked and felt completely authentic, but side by side, and having an expert point out the differences, it was obvious. Knowing what I know now, I would have been in Colorado County court to get it fixed to how the watch was represented to me. However, filing a claim in CO when you are in CA is difficult to say the least. I was not an expert on watches, but this place claimed to be. They owed me a duty to disclose everything about the watch that the average buyer wouldn't know. They didn't, and it ended up costing me in the end. There are many reputable online Rolex dealers, like Cape Town Diamond and Bob's watches. Don't risk it here unless you are local.

Great place and fantastic customer service. If you're looking for a special timepiece go visit the store or give them a call. They have a great selection of watches especially in different brands you won't see everyday. Monica and the team are a class act. I would do business again in the future.

They helped me (by help I mean they did it all) set up a watch that I hadn't even purchased from them. I watched multiple YouTube videos and still couldn't understand it, they had me all set and out the door in a matter of minutes. They're way better than a YouTube video and worth checking out. Thanks guys!!
