Ben at Rickenbaugh wasted my time for two weeks before ghosting me and not returning any calls. They got me in for an estimate and told me they’d be able to get me in for repairs quickly. Once the estimate was done we had a call to discuss the repair process, and Ben let me know he had to get back to me about some details. It was four business days later when I realized he had no intention of calling me back. *Update: Added a star because the GM Dusty reached out to me to apologize and try to make the situation right.

My experience with Rickenbaugh was exceptional. Alex and Caleb were a pleasure to work with, providing top notch customer service. Caleb was able to get me scheduled for the estimate quickly and was very understanding when I had to modify my drop off date because of another commitment. Upon drop off, Caleb talked me through the process as we walked around the vehicle and was very patient and thoughtful as he answered all my questions (I tend to overanalyze and ask a lot of questions). Caleb’s initial estimate for repair completion time seemed reasonable and he was up front that it may take longer after the bumper was removed. I also appreciated that when I was waiting for my Uber to pick me up, even though it was right before close, Caleb told me I was welcome to wait inside. The initial timeline was roughly 2-3 weeks. This ended up being extended to a month for the repair, because of additional parts that needed to be ordered, but this was explained to me as a possibility at the outset and seemed very reasonable. Alex and Caleb provided timely communication and updates throughout the entire process and were quick to reply to any additional questions I had. When I picked my car up, Alex was extremely thorough explaining the steps they took during the repair, and even allayed a concern I had noticed on the billing statement, explaining that it was not out of the ordinary and that he would work with insurance to resolve. Alex did a detailed walkthrough of the car. The car looks pristine and detailing the inside of the car was much appreciated! All in all, Rickenbaugh and their excellent team made my repair experience as painless and easy as possible. While I hope to never need any additional body work, I would absolutely bring my business to them again and recommend them to my friends.

Fantastic work, and so great to work with, including help with insurance. Our almost-new Subaru was smashed end to end on top and driver's side by a huge fallen tree branch during a heavy wet snow. Our insurance company wanted us to go elsewhere, but we insisted on Rickenbaugh. Alex Pedross, the Operations Manager, was incredibly helpful throughout the process - including helping us navigate some insurance company aspects and giving us confidence in Rickenbaugh and the whole process. The car came back like new again, can't tell it was ever damaged. Rickenbaugh will always be our place for body work.

Had a vehicle in about a month ago for an estimate. To this day we still have nothing. Every time we call in we’re told they’re super swamped and busy. Absolutely insane that an estimate takes this long! Can’t imagine how long actual work would take!!

Hats off to Caleb Hogan! I have needed his help on 2 occasions and he gave me stellar service on my Volvo. First time was a significant repair and he was spot on with his estimate of how long the repairs would take and job they did was excellent. Second time around he was literally able to fix a small dent with his hand and a cleaner to get transferred paint off my car easily. I recommend him and the shop wholeheartedly!

Had a door dent in a tricky spot and some paint touch ups needed. Alex provided a fair estimate and they actually completed the work timely and for less than their original estimate. They also set expectations given the location it may not be perfect but it looks great.

I have worked with Rickenbaugh Collision
twice… so some would say I’m a returning customer.
1. The first time I worked with them, my car was totaled. Although they were not getting paid to fix my car, Alex, Caleb and Maria supported me through the entire process. They not only helped me when dealing with my insurance company, but they also advocated for me! If it wasn’t for them and their advice, I would not have received an insurance payout! I am so grateful to them!
2. The second time I worked with them, my car was hit on the street due to a hit-and-run. When I brought my car in all staff members were super friendly and remembered me. They were very helpful in navigating the repair and claim process! When I called asking for updates, they never made me feel bad about following up! They were also very clear in next steps!
I hope I have no more issues with my car, but if I do, I will be bringing it to Rickenbaugh again!

Had such an incredible and efficient customer service experience from this body shop. I worked closely with Caleb who not only showed so much care to the work needed to be done but he went above and beyond to help me communicate with a difficult insurance adjuster as well.
This body shop not only was the only Tesla certified shop that could start the repairs within a week compared to any other shops I called that had minimum 2-3 months wait time, but they have the most kindest staff that I had the pleasure of working with including Caleb, Maria, and many others.
Initially, I went to few different body shops to get quotes and estimates where most they did was look at the damages on my car from a distance. However, Caleb at Rickenbaugh Collision Center not only asked detailed questions but he proceeded to take pictures and opened up the trunk to see additional damages that might have been missed on the first consultation. Amount of care immediately was apparent compared to other shops and i could not have made a better decision.
I also unfortunately was connected with an awful insurance adjuster who not only degraded me during every single phone call but made sure to make the whole process as difficult as possible. Caleb did amazing job on not only helping me communicate with the adjuster, as it was my first time dealing with a situation like this, but he was able to convince the insurance company to cover 100% of the multiple supplemental repairs AND extra work such as ceramic coating that is only available to be done in another body shop.
Couldn’t ask for any better assistance as the consistency of care and respect was something I experienced from first communication all the way to our last conversation for few weeks.

Had a great experience with the Rickenbaugh team with my 2020 Ford Transit Connect. They were able to get me in the shop several weeks before any other shop in town. I really appreciated how proactive, friendly, and detail oriented they were throughout the whole process. The communication was not too much, not too little, but just right. Special shout out to Caleb and Alex for keeping me in the loop throughout the process and the stresses of dealing with car problems. Would definitely recommend this team!
