My family stayed here for a week. The service we received was excellent! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. One of the staff members, Mr. Kenneth Cherry went out of his way to serve my family while we were there. He was very professional and attentive to all of the patrons that stayed there. The free breakfast was delicious. There was a variety of options for everyone to select from. The kitchen staff was courteous and helpful. In the front entrance, there was a small convenience store where you could purchase microwave meals or confections, snack foods, and beverages and other items needed, They also have a beverage station in the lobby at no extra cost. There was also an inside pool and hot tub, washers, and dryers for your convenience. The maid service was also excellent. Just call, and they came right away.Rooms: We actually stayed in two different rooms because of an extended time as a stay for a funeral. The rooms were like an apartment. There was a kitchenette, a sofa bed, a television, a desk, and a king-size bed and bathroom. There was an ample amount of closet space for all of our clothing. It was three adults and two children, and it was still spacious enough for our family.Nearby activities: The hotel is located in the downtown area, so there are plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance.Walkability: In the downtown area, there was walkability to stores, shops, etc.Food & drinks: See aboveNoteworthy details: See above

From Room 216!!Carla and Kenneth, I am thankful for your outstanding hospitality. Marriott is lucky to have you, and you make me come back to stay in your hotel.This location has great people food and a clean place. Just one thing I suggest is that pool water doesn't feel ok.Thank you all

Decent hotel but I'd be highly wary.They will charge you cash for booking with rewards, regardless of if you use enough points. Not worth staying here for that purpose.

Very nice new hotel. But if you aren’t on the top floor the noise from the room above you is super loud. they need carpets in the room. def try to stay on the top

Lifetime Platinum BonVoy member here. Friendly staff but service not up to par; we ran out of body wash and Front desk did nothing; I had to hound housekeeper. Pool water not warm enough, whirlpool broken. Rooms had broken things. Great location though. All clean and OK breakfast.

Overall a great stay with continental breakfast. The room was super clean, great job by the cleaning staff. The staff at reception were very responsive and warm.

This place is a terrific place to spend a weekend. The hotel is very nice and the people are even better! Kenneth Cherry is a phenomenal person. He made several recommendations on where to eat and other fun things to in Denver on a long weekend! Thank you for having such a terrific staff and operation! We will definitely be staying here again!!!!

I literally had diarrhea and was about to poop all over the floor and my pants. Rushed to the bathroom, it was being cleaned. Got in shortly after. That's when problems began.. the manager burst into the women's room and started harassing me. He accused me of being a man in the women's restroom. I kept asking for privacy and to be left alone while I poop. He would not exit the bathroom, continuing to insult me, harass me, and rush me. As I exited the bathroom, there were three cops in the hotel. Seriously? You called THREE cops for one woman with IBS? What a joke.. I was then detained by the cops.. ALL FOR GOING POOP IN THE TOILET? What did they want? It all over the floor!! Jeez.. have a heart and some compassion for others, especially those with IBS. Seriously.. why call the cops on someone all for them having to poop? I don't get it. It's evil!!

The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are cleaner than most but the staff is really, super great. From the front desk to the maintenance staff to housekeeping, every single employee was friendly and helpful. I don't see that very often! I appreciated that everyone went out of their way to make my stay great.

Front desk assistant was super nice and friendly the atmosphere was clean and orderly. The staff is super attentive and so friendly!Rooms: Super clean and nice. The bathrooms are super up to date also the rooms are bright and airy!Food & drinks: This is the best place to stay there is a million places to eat and grab a drink in walking distance!

The front desk staff are accountable, approachable, and inviting. Whenever I enter the building I feel at home. My housekeeper is lovely and keeps my room tidy. I'm very grateful to be here. Complementary breakfast has a variety of options and something for everyone.
