Cozy little bistro with lots of drink and food options (no smoothies...a few people came in asking for those). The coffee was good and I had chilaquiles for lunch and it was fantastic - and also Gluten-Free (GV) and Vegan!Adjacent to the Colorado History Center, they have indoor and outdoor seating as well as bathrooms and free Wi-Fi.Dietary restrictions: There were a handful of Gluten-Free (GF) and Vegan (V) options on their menu (see pics)

History Colorado is a wonderful museum in Denver. The rendezvous cafe is disappointing. I have eaten there several times. The kids menu is great for my grandkids. Yesterday's lunch was just awful. Soggy grilled cheese sandwich and inedible Thai curry soup that looked like vomit. Very disatified.

Our 2nd visit for brunch here. The vegan breakfast street tacos with vegan eggs, chorizo, cheese and topping with fresh onion, pepper, cilantro was delicious. I ate two before remembering to take a picture. Ordered tater tots (photo shows 1/3 of the tots order) and side of green chili (vegan also) for a very filling meal. The one staff working was friendly, got the food out hot and quick and delivered to the outdoor table. Nice, shady, clean patio seating, and the inside ambiance is spacious, bright, fun. Sunday street parking is free.

Loved the caprese grilled cheese with tots. Big enough to share, and delicious. Very nice staff too. Would go back again if visiting the museum which is also wonderful.

Have a new favorite when I'm visiting the history museum right next door! Their prices here are very fair & great sized dishes that will certainly fill you up! The staff is very kind as well & they bring the food directly to you, despite the Panera feel it has to it when you walk in. Overall the food is delicious and this restaurant is VERY clean, has great music, and really cool interior with plenty of seating options both inside & outside. There is no parking besides the museum parking & street parking so be prepared to pay for street parking if you don't come by train or bus. Will be visiting again!

Been a few times for coffee and treats. I give this place a 5-star review mainly because the staff. On each visit they were friendly and helpful. The treats we got were nice, and I especially liked the pineapple and rosemary cookie. Sounds a bit weird, but it was quite good. Had it more than once sine my first try. Been meaning to check out lunch, but that will be on a future visit.
