I would like to give a huge thank you to Mia, Clarissa, and Laura ( and all the staff at the Regis Bookstore) for helping me navigate the new Follett Access program! It has saved me a lot of money paying for my books and being able to have them packaged for me for pick up. All of the employees are extremely helpful and kind. I felt so compelled to write this review as today I witnessed another customer who was completely rude and racist to the staff. They handled it with tact and elegance even when the woman tried to throw the receipt at them over a 25 cent price difference. Thank you for all the hard work you do for the students and always being kind and helpful to whoever may come in the store.-Mark

Had the worse experience with the Regis bookstore. Regis has started a program in which they buy your books without you ordering them. I tried to return my books and were told I could not. I am a college student who is now having to pay extra hundreds of dollars to Regis for books I already own.This is absurd and taking advantage of students who are already paying lots of money to be at Regis.

Buy all ur books on Amazon- there cheaper and the rental return policy can be done though the mail box autonomously.

I have been a customer of the Regis University bookstore for my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I have never had an issue until now.I recently graduated in May 2021, was given some gifts from the bookstore that I just recently received. Everything is in the original packaging, and they state that the 30 day policy is in effect. They didn’t even look at my items or move from where they were sitting.I was here to exchange the items I had, that i didn’t like, to buy several sweatshirts, another diploma frame, t shirts, and other items.I’m not going back, sadly, I will have to find another way to obtain Regis apparel.

Employees have always been helpful, but bookstore communication with students is terrible. Since the hack, I have been charged late fees for rentals even though classes were delayed. And now, finals just yesterday and books due today. I tried to call to see if they were open no answer and no recording letting us know of modified hours. I got there at 3pm and they were closed. How hard it is to leave a recording, or email students about modified hours, since again this class is ending a week late. Expect better.

DO NOT, buy or rent digital books from here!! I purchased access to a digital rental on Saturday Nov. 3rd, AFTER the purchase I'm notified that unless I have a registered account, it will take up to 24hrs to receive the access code...OK...25 hours later on Nov. 3rd, still no access code!! No one is responding to emails! I paid $130 FOR NOTHING!! These guys are criminal! Following the Regis motto, profit, profit, profit...who cares about the students
