This little gem of a salon is located right in Walmart on 7800 Smith Rd. Viet and Linda made me feel at home right away, and Linda did a fantastic job on my gel mani!
Stylist: Linda is wonderful! She was careful and meticulous removing my cuticles and my gel mani was perfect.

The first time i got my full set done here Linda did amazing. I made my appointment with regal nails a whole week before my refill was due. When I got there she informed me that whoever took my reservation didn't tell her. She rushed through my nails with an attitude, they were uneven with dips in the middle and then she charged me 90.00!!!! for a refill. Nothing special.. just a simple rebase. So it was 75.00!!! for the original full set and then 90.00 for the rebase. What a joke and to be rude because your staff didn't communicate that I had a reservation is not a reason to treat customers that way.

Rude and disgusting and disrespectful towards kids

The tech that did my toenails was extremely rude. She rushed though the service and was pretty rough. Yet, she didn't do a whole lot. As she was doing my fingernails she was also rude. So I ended up telling her I was finished with my service after she took off my nail polish. Paid for my pedicure and left. Not sure what her name was.

Booked a nail appointment here about a month ago and was originally quoted $55 for a dip manicure. During my appointment, Linda actually did a great job with the shape and making sure I was comfortable. However, at the end of the appointment she mentioned it would be $90 for the manicure...I had inquired why I was told another price, and she rambled off saying it was due to tips and removal of my previous polish? I usually pay $60 with tips and removal at any other nail salon! I paid it since she had already completed the service, but 2 days later, my nail cracked in half to a point where I was bleeding in between my nail and it hurt so badly. The next day, another day cracked and I had to cut it down to my skin. I tried going back for them to fix it and made an appointment at 6 pm. I drove 20 minutes out of my way during rush hour after work, showed up, and Linda mentioned that the owner cancelled my appointment and she was too busy to help me out. I tried calling the owner for help and no response back. So unprofessional and so expensive for a manicure that cracked 2 days later! I would not recommend coming to this establishment as I truly had a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and do not go.
