Myself and my parents have lived in these apartments for decades and the staff is horrible, especially to people who stayed here for so long despite all the issues and concerns. They lie about hours to make it more convenient for them, maintenance is lazy and will be to your house at least 5 times before the actual problem is fixed because they do stuff they know doesn’t help and the staff in the office clearly don’t know what they’re doing or how to run a complex successfully - key word successfully

My girlfriend always struggles to pay rent because apparently if you lock your portal account you can't ever use it again unless you renew the contract. This information came form the front desk lady and the manager of the place. This is very inconvenient because you can't pay with cash or money order or debit card (unless you are using the portal but if you locked it you are screwed). Also, it's been a week without hot water.

The apartments are very well distributed and have everything you need, including laundry, it is a cozy place.

Denver Police has a camera all over the complex, violation of privacy unreasonable searches without court order, get the cameras off the property.

I wasn’t even sure I should give 3 stars…. I’m currently working out of state and I wanted to secure a place to live before I returned to CO. Things were moving along (not smoothly but they were moving) and when I went to apply on a specific move in date things came to a stand-still. Through this whole process, I wasn’t able to speak to anyone in management over the phone to get assistance. I took it as a hint that I’m not supposed to live here.

Like the apartment and the quick responses to maint requests. Do not like all the broken down cars that take up parking spaces and don't like that our rent was increased by 15% on the lease renewal.

I really liked this apartments, being aware that all the reviews are true about issues that we had in the apartments since the first week we moved in we had problems with . However, problems continue even after you move out. We had to move out since we had a baby on the way and wanted to be with family for the arrival. We never had a late payments in two years and half that we lived there. We gave two months notice and the last month we lived there I asked the office how much we will owe since we were returning the apartment half way the month they said 700 and something (I have proof of that) we were ready to pay it when we return the key but they kept insisting they were going to send a mail, which I thought it was weird because why not just taking the payment at once. We never got a mail so we went back to the office to ask about that mail so we can pay the remaining but they only said we will eventually get it. We never did. Now that we are trying to get another place it shows that we owe 1,400 and that it’s already in collection. This is crazy and the lack of communications this apartments management has it’s unbelievable. Now we are trying to get a written note from them so we can give it to the new place we are moving in but they are giving us hard time. Even though they already sent the bill to collection which means it’s not their issue anymore it’s collection’s.For those moving in or planning on getting an apartment here don’t say we did not warn you.

Excellent place to live since it is located in an area that is very accessible to various shops, banks, gas stations and other services such as schools and parks.

After reading the reviews there's no way I would risk my life coming and living here it sounds terrible and very unsafe.

I lived here for 11 years and these apartments. Are rude and the People doesn’t even pick up they dog poop, at all and still haven't fix the wall and the master room they say they barely got staff they was so supposed to fix the sink on Tuesday they haven't' did anything this apartment are something else.It's been 3 weeks nothing done. My carpet still up holes in the wall. I can't find my clothes and organizer my room or sleep in their. I pray their no mold in my room, my eye swollen up cause of the dust and had to go to go the hospital. This is pissing him off..
