I am not a guy that spends a lot of time shopping so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was happy to find the measuring process was super simple. I received my shirt in about 2 weeks and the fit is just what I was looking for, no extra material around my waist and no big puffy sleeves but not restrictive when I move. I will be ordering more!

It's impossible for me to find shirts off-the-rack. I work out a lot, so I have a big chest, arms, and shoulders, but a very small waist. I tried other custom shirt companies but never went back because they never got it right. The folks at ratio were super patient with me and got it done. I just ordered my third and fourth shirts from them confidently.It is a little pricey (for me), but if you've spent the kind of time I have shopping without finding ANYTHING that fits right, it's absolutely worth it.

In this day and age it’s rare for any business to have nearly flawless 5-star reviews. After becoming a Ratio customer, it was crystal clear why that is the case. Eric sells top notch, custom fitted clothing and provides excellent customer service. With his help, I have stepped up my fashion game several notches ??

I couldnt be happier with my recent experience at Ratio Clothing! Eric was incredibly kind in the store and helped me get quickly sized. Not long later, I received my shirt, and it is now easily my best piece of clothing! It fits perfectly and looks/feels great. I have since ordered a few more

One of my favorite "stumble-upon" experiences. I'd been complaining recently about wishing there was an easy way to get custom fit clothes when I walked by this little store on a trip in Denver. I was fitted in person by Evan, had an account made, and had a few shirts I liked in store saved to the account's wish list so I could quickly find them later all within ~10 minutes.The ordering process was a lot more detailed than I expected, but it helped me figure out what details I like in a shirt. Things like collars, plackets, and many others are definitely not something I've everconsciously considered. Once I got the shirt, it helped me figure out exactly what I consider the "perfect fit" since what I thought it would be was wrong. It turns out that while I thought I liked very fitted (tighter) shirts, I actually prefer a little bit of room in the chest with a fitted midriff. It was a journey worth taking too as now I can create all sorts of different shirts and I don't have to worry about fit.Also, I absolutely love how open they are with pricing and mark ups and also with the specs of the fabrics. The only extra thing I could think that's missing from the specs is maybe water cost of fabrics for those who are eco-focused.Overall a wonderful company, a great experience, and I look forward to what their future brings.

Used their online fitting tool and the shirt was near perfect. You can also alter the exact measurements yourself too, which I like. Also, customer service online feels like you have your own tailor and friend. I had one messed up order and they went above and beyond for me and carried on a long and productive email back-and-forth to make sure it was right. I talked to the same person the whole time who didn't need to pass me on to another department or manager which is really stellar.
