Our family relocated to Denver from out of state, so we had very limited knowledge of the area. Randy Burgess was incredibly helpful in sharing his insights into the various neighborhoods, local communities, restaurant scenes, cultural offerings, etc. He was patient with us as we tried to figure out what would work best for our family and was readily available to show us properties that met our criteria. We appreciate his friendly personality, honesty and no-pressure approach to the home search process. When we did find our home, Randy’s knowledge of current market values was very useful, and he was great in helping us negotiate price, arrange inspections and find contractors. He is a full-service agent - helping with anything that comes up along the way, from finding a home inspector, to finding specialized repairmen to referring lenders who got us a smoking deal. Randy went above and beyond to make this process as smooth and pleasant as could be. With the market as tight as it is, he had to show me many homes and we made offers on several before finding the right one at the right price. He negotiated on my behalf to make sure that the house I bought was completely up to date with all inspection items covered by the seller. And he’s extremely knowledgeable about the market. He’s really an asset to have on your side!
