Great quality products and selection. I worked with a lot of contractors, salespeople, and representatives during my kitchen remodel. Alison was the most responsive and professional of them all. She was also super helpful with design questions and ensuring I was happy with the final results. I’m so glad my cabinet company recommended them, be sure to make an appointment ahead of time. If I can't walk around your showroom trying to get ideas of what's going to look good, why have a showroom and why wouldn't I just order stuff online? Some businesses don't like selling I guess.

Do not purchase the Brizo line from this store. We had issues with our shower head, took time to have a plumber come look at it because it is the worst shower head/ product line we have ever purchased in our lifetime. Dealt with Lacy at the store. My husband took his time to go to the store to discuss the problem and they agreed to exchange the item. Fast forward two months - apparently Lacy never ordered the shower head for exchange. Then then told us the reason she did not order it was because we had to pay for it upfront. We were NOT aware that we had to pay for the replacement of our defective shower head. So here we are - months later after the expensive master bath remodel and spending thousands on the Brizo line. Terrible customer service. They told us Brizo prefers to do the exchanges this way. I mean really how hard is it to ship a replacement head to the store and just have the person bring the old one in when the item is ready and do the exchange given the fact the product is crap and not working properly. I even asked if the local rep could come to our home to look at how crappy this shower head is and trouble shoot the issue because we were unhappy with the product. Instead Rampart said we had to have the plumber come look at it who did the remodel and at that point - the plumber really did not care - its not like he sells the product line.

We wanted to update or shower fixtures but unfortunately the original fixtures are over 20 years old. After visiting 4 box stores, 4 hardware stores, and 2 other distributers I had no solution. Having almost given up, I called the Showroom as a last effort. Ashley jumped right in from the start and after reaching out to her manufacturer rep, had the perfect solution, with options!To be honest, I thought with the parts options and quick-ship ordering this was going to turn bad. It did not! Ashley was a renovation, and sanity, savior!
