My mother has been a customer of Ralph’s Industrial Sewing Machines for decades. Ralph’s father was an honest and very capable shop owner, and Ralph and his employees deliver the same quality service that is so hard to come by today. Honest. Hard-working. Outstanding. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with Mom’s industrial sewing machines.

Ralph's staff quickly found Singer 31-15 needle shaft bushings and mailed them out to me. Easy self-repair. Fixed the "jiggly" needle right away. Thanks to all at Ralph's!

Fast and great service. Dropped off my 100+ years old industrial Singer for service at 11:30am. Got the voicemail at 12:45pm that was ready. They repaired /improved things I didn't even know.... Works lot better than before! ?❤️

A few months ago I purchased a new Kingmax sewing machine and it's awesome! They helped me work through it and offered good support since. Great place to purchase and they take care of their customers.

I bought my Kingmax GC302 from Ralph's in 2021 and have been very pleased with the machine. They were very helpful in helping pick out my first industrial machine. Everyone is always very helpful.

Everyone at Ralph’s was so helpful. Joe made sure I got the machine best suited for my needs. The guys went through the machine to make sure I knew how to use it and then loaded it up for me. Highly recommend for all your heavy duty/commercial sewing needs!

I can't thank Jaziel enough for going above and beyond to repair my double needle machine yesterday. He worked until the it was running smoothly again because he knew I was on a deadline to get orders out for Christmas. I am new to sewing and greatly appreciate Rueben always working with me and my lack of knowledge, Pat who is a whiz at timing and tension issues, and now Jaziel who is overly committed to the job and very knowledgeable. Thank you everyone in the service and repair department, you guys rock!!

After spending over $20,000 with Ralph's over the last few years, and even buying over $6,000 in sewing machines during the Pandemic last year, Rueben, Jack and Joe have REFUSED to come and even look at 2 sewing machines for repair, because I did not buy these two from them. I went and met with Reuben in person to ask if he'd come by (with no guarantees that he would be able to fix them) and be paid for his time. Rueben said he'd ask Joe; I talked toJoe who dais it was Rueben's call. Rueben said he'd ask Jack. Jack then called me to try and sell me a new machine, and then said again, it as Rueben's call. They are all passing the buck, until Rueben said this morning that he would not come and even look at the machines; that it was Ralph's "policy" to NOT SERVICE OR REPAIR ANY MACHINE THAT WAS NOT PURCHASED THROUGH THEM. They know they are the only industrial sewing company in Denver. It is HORRIBLE business; a "punishment" for not buying these two machines from them. Bad, bad, business practice!!I CANNOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND RALPH'S TO ANYONE.

This place is very unorganized. Dropped samples off 4 months ago, they went to a industrial engineer that works for them. I sent multiple emails, and left multiple messages with no reply. Month goes by with zero response, I decide to call again to get my samples back. I was told they would call me back, no return call. I call again a week later and ask where are my samples, the lady says she will personally call me right back, never does. I get a call from the engineer who says he never got the samples. Months ago I had sent him multiple emails confirming he had received my emails and drawings. I call again today, nobody knows where my samples are, nor do they seem energetic enough to put any effort in to finding them. Unfortunately if you need an industrial sewing machine or support, Texas is the closest place.

This place is awesome! I ordered a double needle thinking it was what I needed. I found out soon after I received it that it was the wrong machine for my shop. My mistake. I contacted my salesman Joe who helped me trade it in for a long arm. No hassle at all. I’m in Iowa so they sent a truck with the new machine & picked up the double needle. Very, very happy now! They really supported the sale all the way through!
