Attention Rags Consignments shoppers be aware of the rip offs they sales designer brand that are counterfeit even though they copy a “ certificate of authenticity “ but by looking inside of the wallets, purses you can see the serial number inside printed on the inside leather itself. Do not buy there overpriced “ luxury goods “ shame ?

Picture it, you've previously spent a couple hundred dollars at the store, and go in to consign. The clothes I brought in were brand new clothes tags ON and others worn 1-2 times. I was told the tags on Abercrombie jeans that are sold out online as well as lululemon dance pants were not in season when it's SPRING. So so conflicting! The worst part was being told these items were dirty when that's just not true at all! She made it sound like I ran them through the mud when the truth is, they had never been worn! Very confused what season they were buying for since my Vince Camaro heals, (never worn), Nike blazers (worn x2) were all apparently out of season.

For sellers: I used to love consigning here, and did so often, but now it seems it is virtually impossible unless you can line up well before they open. Would it kill them to allow for appointments for consigning? Their consigning process is great for them, I'm sure, but inconvenient for consignors. I have unfortunately stopped consigning here because nothing is worse than showing up at 9:30 and there are already 15 people in line... I turned around and went right back home because I felt there was no way I would make it to the front before they deemed themselves full for the day. I have also showed up at like 10:15 (this was before the aforementioned incident where I arrived before they opened) and they were full for the day. Yes, I know their website says to call before you consign but really, I should expect to have to call for availability the moment they open? No. Please please consider offering a limited number of appointments. I have no complaints about what items they do/do not take, because I make sure to only bring high end brands that are listed on their website, in excellent condition. I do think they have rejected perfectly good items that IMO probably would have sold before, but... that's their choice and it is fine with me!For buyers: Hit or miss. I have found some great pieces here, but watch for stains and other defects missed by their buyers because everything is final sale. Their pricing is also a bit wacky - a super nice brand/piece will be what seems underpriced, and something mid will be $100. Not really a complaint but I guess be on the look out for deals!

The consignment process here is kind of a pain because you have to arrive before they open to guarantee they’ll be able to look at your items (it’s a popular spot!). However, the items they accept almost always sell. I would recommend this as a consignment location for upscale clothes!

Friendly, Inviting, and Curated consignment shop near cherry creek! Mackenzie, Jenny and Ema were very helpful in helping me find items that were way cheaper than retail ! I get all my aritzia and designer there. Always a pleasant experience.

Call ahead. No matter what. I got here first thing Monday morning to ensure I could get a few things in for consignment review before their vague "full up" limit. An hour and 25 minutes after they'd opened, the consignment counter was closed. When I asked if it would be open at all today, I got "maybe open up later around 2:30". After driving 25 minutes one way, I will probably not give them a second chance and just go elsewhere. Or I will call ahead and then cross my fingers they don't arbitrarily close the counter in the thirty minutes it takes to get there.

A lot of rules of when/if you can bring in/pick up items. Makes it difficult to time visits and a call beforehand seems to always be required. They’re extremely picky with what they accept, and items only stay on the rack for a month, so keep your hopes low as a seller. A vaguely don’t-have-time-for-you, haughty vibe from the staff was a consistent theme as well. Won’t be consigning here again as the effort was simply not worth it.

I used to enjoy selling here and shopping here. In the last year, they have had no availability for selling anytime I have called or shown up to the store (I have tried at least 15 times). I have given up trying to sell here. Their items are typically high-quality and nice brands at affordable prices, and the shop is clean.

Echoing the sentiments of previous reviewers-if you do not look a certain way, you will not be acknowledged, or worse, you might be profiled. My fiancée was testing out an e-bike next door and we were in athletic wear after a hike. Not one person acknowledged my presence in the time that I was in the store. I watched two store associates provide excellent service at separate times to one person who fits the neighborhood demographic. You desperately need to reevaluate your customer service strategy. This is a consignment shop, not Bergdorf Goodman. Outdated Lululemon and dusty Coach bags do not warrant the attitude.

No no no. Clothes look like they came from a Goodwill bin. Customer service is AWFUL.You're honestly better off to go to Deja Blu one block over- it's the designer goodwill, level of quality is the same but customer service is so much better!

I used to love this store! As a male there aren’t a lot of great places to shop for higher end consignment clothing in Denver. I popped in today to see what they had and they told me they are completely done with men’s clothing and they wanted it to go back to an only female store. I have found some of my favorite articles of clothing here and am sad that there will no longer be men’s options.

I found a Vince T-shirt for my husband, Agolde jeans for myself, and some metallic purple Schutz strappy sandals I plan to wear for my honeymoon in Hawaii. You definitely have to dig for nicer quality items here. The racks are littered with brands like gap, black and white market, Jones New York, and Talbots. Definitely not what I want to see in a "upscale" designer consignment store, but if you are up for digging, you can find some decent things
