Only giving 1 star because I'm required to. Noticed a charge on my bank account this morning for $14.97. Called Patriot Wholesale that uses this address (Unit C) and they refunded the amount charged today. HOWEVER, digging further - they have been charging my card the same amount since September 2021. Not sure how it slipped past me but now I get to watch everything even closer because of this. Supposedly they sent product in September 2021 but have never received anything from Patriot Wholesale Club. All appearances at this point are showing that it's a scam and I have reported it to the Attorney General in both my state and the state of Colorado. Not going to hold my breath about getting my money back from them BUT, I can leave reviews and file complaints against them as much as possible.

Skinnyfit sells dietary and collagen products. In one month my skin collagen has improved.unfortunately the skinnyfit company billed my account an additional $102.71 a month later. Surprise! I guess that must’ve been in the fine print. but I hadn’t ordered any more product from them, so I emailed them and received a generic response.Later I telephoned the company and spent nearly an hour on the phone with them. I told them to refund the money they had taken out of my account. The representative said she could not do that because they had already shipped the additional product to me.I questioned, how many products did they ship? She replied, just the one. Which prompted me to ask her why their website said it cost $59 but they are charging me $102. She said the regular price of that item is $89. I told her to check their website because it says the regular price is $59. She did check their website then came back to tell me that they could offer me a refund of $102 after I received the product then return it to them. I asked what that entailed. She explained that I would have to call back in and get a return shipping label.Because she had already not been completely honest with me, I was not comfortable with that arrangement.She eventually talked to her supervisor again then returned to me on the phone. At this point she asked me if I had disputed the charge. Of course I disputed the charge I had no idea that they were going to take $102 out. Next the representative told me that she could not do anything about it until I remove the dispute. Why did that seem doubtful? So I went to PayPal to figure out how to remove the dispute while she waited. She kept trying to get off the phone with me but I insisted that she remain on the line with me while I did this because something about this conversation didn’t seem completely on the up and up.Once I was on my financial institutions website, it told me that if I removed the dispute, I could never dispute it again. Why did I assume the representative or her supervisor already knew that. I began to get the sense that this company has been through ordeals like this before.Anyway I sent her the confirmation that I had removed the dispute from my financial institution. She told me that she would process the refund for 50% of the cost and that I could just keep the product that was already being shipped to me, which I should receive in a couple of weeks. Hmm.During this conversation I did receive an email from skinnyfit stating that they had stopped my subscription. A subscription that I never realized I had. So hopefully I won’t be charged surprisingly another $102 in future months.The representative came back on the line and told me that she was not able to process the refund which was now only &48, because five dollars of that was shipping. She said I would have to wait and she wanted to get off the phone because she spent too much time with me, the customer, already.Note to self. I was now going to receive product but I would only have to pay $48 for it. Well I guess that’s better than $102.I insisted that she send me an email stating exactly what she had told me, that she was going to refund $48 in 24 to 48 hours. That took more convincing. I received another generic email from the company and eventually she sent me one that stated what she had told me, as I requested, but she was very hesitant about it.Update. it’s been about 48 hours and I haven’t seen it yet, but ??I wonder if there’s any chance, that if I ever really do receive this additional product, if there’s any possibility I could return it and get the rest of my money back. That would seem fair.I don’t know what to do with previously purchased product because I am unsure if it is causing problems for me. Recently heard that taking this product with vitamins might cause hair loss.I sent another email regarding the refundAnd requesting return label…End of story, they accepted the returned product, refunded my $ except for shipping.
