Extremely rude staff. I broke the bowl on my bong of 10 years and came here for the first time for a replacement. I am always polite to people who deal with customers because I've done those jobs for decades. I explained the situation and the guy got really annoyed that I didn't know the exact size in millimeters and I wanted to look at the pieces. My Gen X back has been killing me and I've been wanting to try kratom. He got real annoyed again because I didn't already know about the different strains and everything. Then I asked about some coils for my Smok vape pen. He exhaustingly said well I've never heard that. I could see the Smok coils right behind him, but I just let it go and paid for my stuff. Won't be back.

My partner and I came with lots of questions about their kratom because we've had a hard time finding good quality stuff. The guy there had every answer we needed. He was well informed and very friendly, it was just great customer service. Their price is by far the best in town.

Kratom prices are cheap because: it's b.s kratom. I have been on the kratom kick for a few years. I travel alot so deal with a variety of kratom dealers. When the price is too good to be true, it's junk. Bought 200 capsules, 40 bucks, handed a sandwich bag, no company name, nothing employee was obviously nervous when I questioned him. This place is a scam, don't waste your money, the kratom sucks, if it's even kratom .

Cheapest kratom in town that I’ve been able to find (only about $5 an ounce) and the owner is really chill & laidback - he gave me an extra ounce for free because I had to wait only a couple minutes! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great deals on kratom; forget buying like 10g for $15 at other places.

I stop in occasionally, and the staff always remembers me, and what's going on in my life and asks me how things are going, which you don't get that kind of personalized customer service at many places. Their prices are amazing and I've called at closing before and said I'm on my way and didn't know if I'd make it, so they said they would stay open until I got there, so I could get my shopping done, nobody does that, that kindness deserves five stars alone. I don't know if Jarret is the owner or manager, but always is super friendly, and has a good story to tell. Would highly recommend checking them out.

I entered the shop in a bitter mood because I couldn’t find my Vape and desperately needed at replacement. Employee Jarred was so kind, helpful and most of all understanding. He directed me to the disposable vape selection as they didn’t have the mod I was looking for as a replacement. I was impressed with the disposable vape and thankful that I opted for the disposable instead of dropping $100+ on a replacement as shortly after leaving the store I, of course, found my lost vape. Jarred is nothing short of a hometown vape hero in my book! I highly recommend this ship!

Whoever opened the shop this morning cost you guys a long time customer, I come up to the door at 10:02 and just wave and reach for the handle, he mouths the words "what is wrong with you?" angrily as he sets up the register, nbd must be having a bad morning, the next person tries to bring in food for him I'm assuming. He yells at them to leave it on the doorstep from behind the glass still. I didn't realize it's the patrons fault for the shop not being ready during its posted hours on the door. After seeing him chase off 2 people, I left for the smoke shop by 7/11 they had 4 people inside at 10:06 and hooked me up. Check out that spot instead if y'all need to be at work on time and don't want to be disrespected by morning staff. I guess he didn't have his breakfast yet, but maybe a "give me 1 second, I'll be right with you." And a smile would've kept some recurring customers.

Awesome store! Bought a pipe in the past and the guy gave me a great price. Just went back for some kratom And he gave me another good deal. Highly recommend giving this place a try.
