Brought my dog here for the first time. Susan was clear and upfront. You can tell her appreciation for clarity and her love of dogs.I am 100% happy with the timing and results. He has never looked better and her work was thorough.Her pricing is very fair. We are booking appointment #2 !!!

I was very disappointed at the lack of professionalism here. I arrived for my appointment with my anxious little shaggy border collie and was met with skepticism and judgement. When we chatted on the phone, the owner never mentioned that she didn’t groom nervous nellies. She lacked the ability to communicate that to me even as I stood in her shop with my dog. Instead, she tried to gaslight me into believing that my dog didn’t really need a haircut! She could have easily informed me that she does not groom anxious dogs over the phone when I made my appointment instead of wasting both of our time. My dog, however, could not be happier with the lack of service! ?

Susan is a real direct human being who truly cares about the dogs that she's grooming. On the phone she certainly came off gruff but she was also asking good questions about my dog's size, experience, etc. I felt like she was being thorough and when we came in the first time Susan was very sensitive that my dog would much rather not be there. She was also very thoughtful about how best to keep his length when he's been matted. Mine has gone there three times now, and while he's still not a fan of getting groomed, he comes back nicely cleaned up. Some things to note: This is a small business so cash is preferred, and if credit cards are the only option, AmEx charges higher fees than the other cards do. Susan also doesn't do anal gland expressions.

I took my Maltese Shitzu mix to get groomed here and we had a great experience. The owner was amazing and kind and I would definitely recommend her services to anyone.

This is the second time I took my labradoodles to this shop. The first time they came out looking a bit uneven but the price was good and I love to support local businesses. This time my dogs were butchered. Their hair was horribly uneven and one of my dog's stomach was bleeding from being cut while grooming. I do not recommended this place.
