Dana has been fixing our family's computers for over 20 years. And since we are a family of seven (7), we have had a LOT of computers (cars too, haha). His cheeriness and willingness to actually LISTEN is refreshing in this day and age of bland, gray, unhelpful customer service. Even if you don't live in Parker you should bring ALL your computer problems to Daktronix. Your problems will end there.

Today our computer crashed and wouldn't start. We are tax preparers and really needed this computer. I called and spoke with Joe a technician. She said if I brought it in she would look at it while I wait. And you know what? She FIXED it in like 30 minutes! Where else can you get service like that? Nowhere! We have been using ProTech for around 20 years. Not only do they provide amazing service on all our computers but they also sell anything we need. As a small business, this is the place you want to shop. They can get business grade anything. I highly recommend ProTech Computer Systems, you won't be disappointed.

I accidentally knocked over a massive tumbler of coffee onto my keyboard and wouldn't you know my laptop stopped working! I live very close to a major computer store and took it there, only to have their knoweledge bar employee turn my laptop on (the FIRST thing you DON'T do if you ever get liquid in your computer) which I'm fairly certain caused more damage, and then tell me that the best their Mac tech could do was take me 4 days from now and most likely my computer would be sitting in their store for 5 days while they ran diagnostics. I'm a student and my entire life is more or less on my laptop, so I found Mac Outlet on google and within 30 minutes they were working on my Pro. Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient employees had my computer fully repaired and cleaned up in ~5 hours, I would totally recommend this place!!

Took my Lenovo Thinkpad in for warranty repair. ProTech Computer Systems INC did not complete the services they billed to Lenovo and actually complicated the entire process of getting my laptop fixed. Absolutely avoid this company for Lenovo repairs!!!!!!Send your Lenovo into the their depot for repair!!!

My son ruined the screen on my Lenovo Thinkpad pretty bad. Lenovo customer service recommended them to me as a partner repairer/ servicer. Can't speak enough about the service I received, upfront and transparent prices, quick turnaround, and great communication throughout entire process. I was even able to extend warranty on my device through them. Definitely recommend 1000%

Don't take your Lenovo here for warranty repair. I had to take it back three times to get the screen fixed and then they broke the camera in the process. Now I've moved out of state and no other service center will touch it because they don't want to be held responsible for ProTech's shoddy work. End result: I'm without a laptop for 3 weeks while it gets shipped off to Lenovo to get fixed (or likely replaced given how bad ProTech screwed up)
