There was nothing that could have been added to make my experience better and I will definitely return should I need another rental truck - thank you!”

“The service wasn't over the top, yet, I find this location's rating low for no reason (at time of this review). The associate at the counter ensured efficient checkout, and his colleague addressed some items with the truck to mitigate any issues- appreciated. The QR codes are a bit clunky (with check in afterwards), but I credit Uhaul and not the location itself. (Both gentlemen did their best to explain what I needed to know) Arrived right before closure and that experience was smooth too. Unless other reviews from different sites, no overage either (I do wonder if any of the poor reviews are omitting info?) I'd recommend and plan to return when the need arises”

“Picked up after hours. So easy. Well lit lot. Good directions to follow. A little difficult to back truck from between 2 other trucks but I did it. Not sure c why that was necessary, but overall satisfied.”

“Diego, Sam, and crew went over and above their duties everytime I was at the facility and I was amazed that they didn’t lose their minds dealing with me and all of my special requests!! Of all of the Uhaul facilities I’ve used for trucks and storage this location shines for so many reasons that I will continue to make the drive to support them from my new home. If you need storage or a truck to move things give them a call and they will take care of everything for you so that you only have to focus on moving your things safely. Thank you Diego and Crew! “This location was clean, accessible right off Alameda. The truck was clean and ready. The staff guy answered my questions and helped me get their security padlock off the truck before I left. No problems encountered.”
