They’re ok I hate the fact that last time I was there for 4 hours ridiculous. My second time was just like she rushing to do nails! idgaf, if I ask you if u can do something it’s a yes, or no question. If I’m paying my money for whatever I want, I should be able to get it!!! not the way that they want to do it! how they want to do it. I’m getting sick of them might not return again!!!

I went in for a pedicure and the lady with a big green pendant necklace was being super rude. She cutt my toes and was hurting me and throwing the stuff around i immediately told her to just leave my toes alone and to finish the shellac so she could stop because she was hurting me. I also requested acrylic on my big toes and she said NO, that I did not need it. The only reason I’ll ever be back is because I love Lynns job but other then that never again will I be back for a pedicure.

I came in and i asked for this exact set the lady who attended me was extremely rude and unkind i will never ever come here, First of all when she was filing my nails she was being really rough and “accidentally” threw the nail filer straight to my face she did apologize but she was laughing when she did so, then when she was almost done she did not put glitter like the photo had so i politely asked her to put some she looked at me rudely and said “seriously” and snatched my hand and started to talk about with the other lady who was doing my mothers nails she was super unprofessional and extremely rude if i’m paying for a service i expect it to be a 10/10 service + friendliness. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! … Ps i would show you the nails (which were horrible and crooked and the design looked uncanny btw) but i ripped them off as soon as i could it would be a crime if i were caught with those ugly nails!!! ???

The person who did my $30 (yes, $30), basic manicure (no polish or anything extra). Cut my cuticles and made me bleed on two different fingers (twice on one). She was apologetic and put powder on it to stop the bleeding ,but 3 days later, it still hurts and I hope it’s not infected. The rest of my cuticles are ragged and peeling a couple of days later. By far the worst and most expensive manicure. At the very least they could’ve gave a discount for the painful service. Won’t be back

Requested style: Horrible service I showed the nail technician what I wanted done she said she could do it by the end of it. They look horrible. It’s not what I asked for the acrylic is very thick. I asked them to be shorter. She told me no when I went to pay, they told me how much it is I said I’m definitely not paying that. This is not worth that. This is what I will pay. She told me no and that the nail technician that initially did my nails could fix Them, my response was why would I want the person that messed my nails up to then redo my nails that makes no sense. I am very upset. She tried to tell me that the girl that did my nails has never had any complaints that she’s the best this that and the other thing I disagreed and I said there’s absolutely no way that she’s the best and if that’s your best, I don’t want it .

I've been there a couple times, and the service is great but the customer service hasn't been the best for me. However, today I had Mimi. She is the most kindest! Super efficient and sweet. She's so good at what she does! From now on, she's my go to.

Mary at chair 7 was super sweet and fast but efficient . Mary made me feel so comfortable and welcome the services I received was a full set powder nails and a full face wax and the price was great I highly recommend anyone in the shop but Mary forsure she is great at doing her job.

Best experience!! My design for my nails was complicated and I didn’t get the man’s name but he stayed after closing hours to finish my nails and he did an amazing job!! They really do care about their costumers
