“This is my favorite USPS. Big, lots of parking, and the staff is always very helpful. Maria is especially very helpful and sweet—always answers my dumb questions!”
“This office is usually understaffed. When they have two clerks the line moves quick. Sometimes my anxiety is raging and they have always been patient with me and put up with my load mouth.”

7550 E 53rd Pl, Denver“I’m always vigilant going to USPS because you just never know what you’ll be met with but today was truly the experience I always want to have going to USPS. I went around 9:30 am 6/25/24 and was met with a friendly greeting followed by exceptional service. I don’t remember the women’s name that helped me but she was so great and helpful!!!”
“I had the best customer service experience in my life , I had issue with my parcel (there was slightly wrong address ) and I went to this office. Lady name Deborah was so nice , and spend time with me to help me to get this package.
And I just got it . Thank you Deborah a lot !!!!!”
“I've always had great a great experience at this post office. The post office in general gets a hard time. Whether I'm getting stamps, mailing a package, getting a money order or anything else - the staff are always helpful.Today, I visited because the key to a package locker jammed and I couldn't retrieve the package. I went to the post office in person to ask for assistance. They took down the location details and said someone would check on it. I figured it'd take a while for them to get to it. By the time I'd driven back to the location there was already someone their unlocking it and I got my package. Couldn't ask for better service than that!”

951 20th St, Denver“Pleasantly surprised! This is my local post office, middle of downtown was hesitant, especially with reviews. 3 postal workers behind the counters, ALL happy, good music on, fully stocked packaging material area. It took me about 5 minutes to package and label my box, about 6 people came and were serviced in that time. When I walked to the counter, I was instantly greeted and helped. For shipping, I HIGHLY suggest this location if you are near.”
“I used this post office maybe 3 times during my stay in the area from 1997 - 2019. There were times when the Welshire Postal station on Evans Ave was closed and used this location. It is a small office with hit or miss service. Some employees are great, then some employees were brought in from other stations that filled for those that took time off hence the hit or miss part. Can't complain much as they do the best for what they have to deal with especially with that idiot LeJoy in D.C. running the Postal system into the ground!”
“The clerks were so kind, helpful and patient. I was there at 2:45 PM and there was no line or just a couple people over the course of 15 minutes. I know that can vary, but it was excellent.”
“James is my local carrier and he is fantastic. Goes above and beyond to help the people on his route. In this day and age, someone with the attitude of James is rare, and he deserves many thanks for his efforts.”
“I went in on a weekday lunchtime... the best USPS customer service I've ever had in a major city. Aaron was not only friendly but ensure I shipped my packages the fastest and most affordable way. He also made verifying my address change a BREEZE. This will be my go to USPS indefinitely.”
“I’m dealing with a quite stressful situation regarding a delivery driver and Aaron was able to help me out tremendously. Thanks, Aaron for making a not so nice situation better. I hope there’s more people like you at USPS.”
“This has got to be my favorite Post Office I've ever been to! I love walking in and seeing a line of angry people held up by one elderly woman at the counter trying to write a check to ihop without her glasses on. All while the person working at the counter blankly stares into an oblivion. I love the front door that doesn't quite shut all the way. I love the dusty glass case that no one's touched in 15 years that's full of digital package scales and calculators for sale that partially bottle necks the lobby. I love when the occasional worker barrels out of the back to yell at everyone to get in line while everyones already in line. I love hearing the guy in front of me have a full volume Facetime call with his girlfriend. I mean, what's not to love about this place?”
“Michelle was very helpful to me today. I wanted to let everyone know how kind she is and everything she does, I am very grateful for everything she has helped me with today.”
“I believe that USPS Ground Advantage™ is the cheapest way to send two individual shirts tracked and insured. I bought the envelopes I sent them in on site. Tammy was very helpful by explaining the different options available.”
“Surprised to see only 1 employee working the front.. but she be killing it! Nikki was very polite and funny! She kept the line moving and made sure everyone was ready when they walked up to her counter. I have been in a couple times now with this, and she truly is making the day! Thank you so much!!!”
“I visited the Nome location on 6/11/24 to receive help because I was getting nowhere with the Aurora location on Abilene, Denver S Holly location nor the 800 main number.
Taleese and Shalia handled me with care and went above and beyond to take care of me. After dealing with my certain issue for over a week and getting different information from the other 2 offices and the 800 dealing with these 2 ladies was a breath of fresh air.
Thank you ladies keep up the great work.”
“I have always been pleasantly surprised by this branch. Ample street parking, the line is never horrendous, and everyone working there is kind and efficient. They are open the hours they say they are open, but they do stop taking customers right at close, so make sure you get there with time to spare!”
“My apartment mail boxes were broken, and I've had to come to this location regularly for mail and packages. They have always been super kind and helpful, move the line quickly, and get me what I need (even when I have a long list of packages). In particular, David, Isaiah and Jaime have been great.”
“Been going here about ten years and while I have my gripes with USPS as a whole, they primarily lie with DeJoy and his intentional mismanagement.
On a local level, this is a superb office. We have a small mailbox/package receptacle and quite a few kids, so we are frequently getting pick up notices for packages. The lines during busy hours are exactly what you should and would expect at any USPS location at 3pm on a Friday or Monday.
The staff has been nothing but pleasant, even when faced with a large line. They are helpful, polite and will gladly work with any decent and kind person.
A great local USPS.”
“Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The manager, Michael, is an absolute machine. While waiting in line, I watched him personally call a delivery driver who, possibly, had an important package for the man in front of me. Michael then coordinated for the two to meet ASAP to hand deliver the package. He, then, did the same thing for me after my package wasn't found at the location. I walked home, and the USPS delivery guys were waiting for me, package in hand. Phenomenal job.”
